So glad we found this place. Landed in Chicago from Hawaii and was greeted by snow all day. Looking for comfort food, we found this place. Wonderful staff and I believe he was the owner, made us feel so welcome. The ramen was great and so was the Thai food. Highly recommend. Much aloha to the staff there. The flower girls!

Ordered takeouts for dinner a couple times.Pros: Easy to use website and great promos for the hungry family. Curries taste great, the Pad Thai as well. Portions are good for the price. The servers are extra friendly even for pickup orders.Cons: The ramens are not as good. The pineapple fried rice had a large amount of raisins.

Jimmy, the owner, is amazing! We told him that we were from out of town and were planning on moving to Chicago in the next few months and he gave us a free desert as a welcome present. The food is wonderful but I have a feeling it’s because the owner really cares about his customers and his employees! Thank you, Jimmy for the delicious food (especially Ramen!).

I ordered karagee chicken and ramen during lunch time. Chicken tasted bad… too much garlic seasoning and some come out undercooked. Ramen is meh. Garlic taste stayed in my mouth all evening. Waiters were great and friendly. They didn’t charge me for chicken. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have a right to ask lol. After your clarification, I decided to go with another Crab Rangoon. And SHAME ON YOU for lying. This is proof of your dishonesty with the clients, which supports my previous review.Another truth: I have offered you two options: I can go with separate orders and use the offers that you’re giving me (because I WANT TO DO THAT AND I WANT TO HAVE TWO appetizers, which will be applied anyway if I go with the separate orders, lol, and I told you that straight, sir), or you can apply it to one order since the info will be the same. After that, you started accusing me of not supporting your business and making up payment rules. SHAME ON YOU! And you do have receipts, as well as I do, lol, just because you agreed to make it in one transaction “as an exception” and mentioned how hard it was for you (one more time, guys, to provide the offer that you are giving to the clients)I don’t care how much the other orders are; I have the right, as a consumer, to decide how I will proceed with my order and how to use the offers that are given to me. But I was impressed with their customer service today.They have an offer for customers of one free appetizer from an order of $35 on their website. As a customer, I have the full right to use the offers provided to me. The person with whom I spoke introduced himself as a business owner of this place and left me with a terrible feeling. He compared the amount of my order with another customer's order worth $700, as if my money were nothing to him. When I tried to explain that I, as a customer, can use benefits which offered to me the way I want, he began to invent rules about the payment (which is obviously are not specified anywhere) and to tell me with card I mast use to pay for the order/orders I want (so, if another person using my card, we will not be able to order in this restaurant since the card are the same lol).He also tried to make me feel guilty by saying that I was ruining his business by wanting to take advantage of an offer that they themselves provide, and if I want to support his business, I don't have to do that.I am a CLIENT, NIT A CO-OWNER! I pay money for the service, and I don't get any interest from his business, so WHY should I feel this way about using YOUR offers as I WANT?So, just to let you know guys, this business creates an unfriendly environment and devalues you as a customer.

DoV: Monday, 2/19/2024.The place was very nicely decorated, it was crowded so you can be sure the food is fresh, they gave us bottled water, which is nice compared to tap water.The launch special was 10.99 for an appetizer and an entree.But, I've eaten so much good Thai food that I could not give this restaurant more than 3. Both pad Thai & pad see ew too sweet, why?! Because Americans like everything sweet!!!The ratings are hight so they must be doing something right...perhaps the Ramen is great?!The positives are that it's crowded, It means that the food is not stale & people like it. But sadly, I have more experience with great Thai food to give this place excellent rankings.Parking: Easy to find at lunchtime during the week!
