We ordered 2 drinks for $17 and the employee must’ve been in a bad mood. He seemed annoyed and was curt. We were willing to overlook it until we tasted our drinks and my honeydew drink was literally just the plain white base with jelly at the bottom, NO FLAVOR at all. We didn’t think going back and complaining would’ve gotten anywhere so we just left and don’t plan to come back.

Thai ice tea is extremely sub par. Doesn’t even taste like real tea (maybe isn’t) or just has waaaaay too much sweetener. Won’t plan on coming back

Very pleasant to walk into and service is great too. I only purchase the smoothies with boba, so I can't speak for the food really.

The guy that was working today was so helpful with the nutritional values, as I am on a diet restriction, and they taste so good!
Amazing boba tea. Also has a decent red velvet cake.

I ordered a coconut bubble tea, my usual order at all bubble tea places. I never knew how badly a restaurant could mess up a flavor until today. The coconut flavor tasted like someone left an empty burnt coconut shell in some water overnight, and then blended that water with some milk and sugar. I took one sip and felt sick from how artificial the flavoring was. Price for a large was around $8 after tax which is extremely pricy for the quality you get. I always tip regardless of customer service, which was also mediocre. If you don’t like the flavor you choose, even if the flavor tastes nothing like what is advertised, don’t expect to get a new drink. Never wasted $10 so quickly in my life, the whole drink went in the garbage before walking out the door. Also the couch you sit on while waiting for your drink looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. White maybe isn’t the best color to choose when purchasing furniture for a restaurant.

The drinks weren't great, the milk tea was too strong (too much powder mix, I think) and the orange freeze tastes like they added powdered vitamin C. The boba was really soft and kept sticking to my teeth. Ended up throwing away our drinks unfortunately.
The staff at this location barely said a word to us, but I also wasn't really expecting any customer service from a cafe.
Really wanted to like this place since it's not too far from my work, but this was not it.
Parking: There were not any open parking spots near the cafe when we went, so we had a small walk to the entrance. Not any further than a typical busy parking lot; but there was no clear footpath from the middle of the parking lot. If you rely on mobility aids or cannot step over curbs and arrive around lunchtime when it's busy, then you may need to go around a large part of the parking lot to access the entrance.
Their Bingsu is the best!! Bubble tea is good too ?

Associate had no personality. The drink I ordered was mediocre. If this is a Boba place, you should have more Asian influenced drinks, including cheese foam.
