Came Saturday for lunch. Place was pretty empty and a bit depressing. Food was good but portions are too small, I'm guessing in line with post-Covid corporate business tactics. Music playing has ads. Staff are dressed like hobos, wearing what are essentially pajamas, and on their phones a lot. Bathrooms were clean.

First time to a Mcallister’s. The building seems really run-down and dirty. Was a little worried about the food but it tasted okay. Would not recommend the “famous sweet tea”. Wasn’t sweet at all and was just pretty gross

I enjoyed my meal but the texture and flavor of the soup and nachos reminded me of high school cafeteria food lol (but again, I did enjoy my meal...I just wouldn't say it was "good") I would eat there again but not sure how often I'd go back without a coupon (that's what brought me to try the place)

I was craving a grilled cheese sandwich and some mac n cheese so I decided to try a local McAlister's Deli. I had never been before and just from the outside it looked like a much nicer deli than I expected. That was about the only nice thing. I got the grilled cheese and it was not grilled, toasted, or baked-- the bread was soggy and definitely microwaved. The single slice of a tomato inside was cold and sour tasting. The mac n cheese was mush that resembled velveeta. Will absolutely never return.

I have always been a McAllister fan however I was not happy with the portion of the food. I always get the choose two soup and salad. I went to another location yesterday and the portions were exactly what I’m use to. Nice service from the guy at the counter!

I went through the drivethru and ordered my usual at Mcallisters. A Mcallisters club with potato salad and a king club with chips. I love mcallisters food but the quantity I received in the drivethru was unacceptable. Literally two bites of potato salad. Also, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip and felt pressure to do so in the drive thru which I find inappropriate for a fast food restaurant.
