I have always been a McAllister fan however I was not happy with the portion of the food. I always get the choose two soup and salad. I went to another location yesterday and the portions were exactly what I’m use to. Nice service from the guy at the counter!

I went through the drivethru and ordered my usual at Mcallisters. A Mcallisters club with potato salad and a king club with chips. I love mcallisters food but the quantity I received in the drivethru was unacceptable. Literally two bites of potato salad. Also, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip and felt pressure to do so in the drive thru which I find inappropriate for a fast food restaurant.

there was no bacon and chicken on the spud when called from home about the empty spud. the manager said i would have to come in tonight to resolvei said i cannot till tomorrow he the stated you must or you will get zero tomorow then hung up thephone on meis this the way the spuds work Unacceptable, unprofessional and will never revisit this very unfriendly and rude place!!!

Super Nice G.

Great food, excellent service. My only issue is the cheap plastic silverware. They put so much into the quality of the restaurant, yet they go cheap on the silverware. It's not just here, it's at most McAllisters. Please, upgrade the silverware - at least plastic that doesn't break immediately once you use it.

Friendly service and delicious food and beverage items. I recommend the Four Cheese Sub, the Mac n Cheese, and the Sweet Tea with Peach Puree.

Would leave a Zero if I couldI walked in at 7:20pm (they close at 8pm)It looked like they had already closed the place (I was the only one there)Walked up to the counter no one was there.Waited.Waited more.I can see a worker walking back and forth in the kitchenWe make eye contactI can hear another worker or workers making noise out of view stage leftAt no point has anyone said anything to meNo “hi, be right with you”First guy back in the kitchen still walking back and forth making eye contactFinally someone comes around the corner holding a beverageAbout 5 minutes have gone by this timeShe empties what’s left of free employee drink into the sink, briefly makes eye contact then disappears back around the corner stage leftAnd so I left and went to Portillo’s and gave them my businessMunching on a delicious Italian beef while typing this ?

The food was a bit overpriced, sandwich bread was dry, seating area was dusty dirty and in disarray, the guy taking our order had an attitude like he was doing us a favor .Not a great impression.

This is a chain like Panera but way worse. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but the food was equivalent to hospital food, maybe slightly worse. The pickle looked like it had been sitting at the bottom of the jar for months and the Mac and cheese was cold and only partially full. I can't believe I paid extra for it! The sandwich was alright, but the quality of the meat was not great. Many better options in the area.

I can not say enough good things about this deli. The best place we ate while in Chicago.

McAlister's has a nice broad menu, options aren't super interesting, but good stuff all around. I got the BLT+A with potato salad. It was excellent and exceeded my expectations. My wife got a salad and my son got pizza which he rated 3 out of 3 stars. Outstanding friendly service as well!
