This is the rudest McDonald's staff I've ever encountered. The guy at the intercom was making weirdest noises. So, I pulled up to order at the window but the girl at the window refused to take my order for no reason. I wouldn't come to this location again even if it's the last restaurant on the planet.

I just had a most disgusting experience at the McDonald's in Deerfield. Some young kid claiming to be one of the managers made a drink that I had ordered incorrectly. When I pointed out to him that he had made the drink incorrectly he refused to remake it or even apologize. Rather, he insisted on refunding me the money. When I asked for his name and if he was a manager he said he doesn't have to give me his name and he is one of the managers. McDonald's should be more careful who they hire as managers. Certainly, it needs a person that knows how to deal with people politely and professionally. After he handed me my money back he proceeded to wish me a great rest of the day and a wonderful Holiday in the most despicable phony way that one can imagine. That kid has big issues and he should not be working there at all. I just might want to add, I am a daily customer of McDonald's. I get this drink and more at least once a day, everyday. I will never again go to this McDonald's in Deerfield. That is certain!

Whoever was working at 2 am on September 14 was so unbelievably rude. JUSR because it is busy doesn’t give him the right to be rude to everyone. I wanted to add another order and he ignored me at drive thru for like 5 minutes and then answered by saying “oh my god, what do you want” such unacceptable behavior

I would of given it a 1 overall due to the chicken nuggets being hard and dry. The burger was ok and I couldn't complain about the service. It was the first time I tried the 5 dollar meal. Also first time trying the chicken nuggets. They were completely terrible. Cheap for what it is and wanted to try it once. That will be the only time.
