Just have to leave a little review for the girls that work here, they are the sweetest ever! We really don't like this location because it seems like they have such a small selection compared to other Menchie's locations and they always have 2+ flavor machines shut down. However, we were in the area grabbing curbside pickup dinner and I took a shot to call them and see if they were doing curbside pickup for froyo. Yes they are and the girl that did our order over the phone was SO KIND and accommodating! She was truly so helpful and I was surprised at how willing she was to make our bowls over the phone and bring them to the car. Truly amazing, our kids have missed Menchie's SO much over the past year and this was just the most special treat for them. She made my kids' week! So special! So while I hope the owners expand their flavors and stop having machines down, the girls that work here are so kind and definitely won us over, we will be back often, especially when we can finally go in ourselves! :)

Worst food I have ever experienced. Chili relleno wasnt a pepper stuffed with cheese or anything else. It was a pepper slice flat, breaded and fried. I've never had a chili relleno without cheese. Food was bland, like warm at best. Service was just as poor as the food.

Ewww. I went and this Menchie's is nasty. It just opened and it looked like they didn't even close from the night before. All their toppings were lefts out and it wasn't wiped down so it was messy af. And the yogurt machines look crusty. Someone's gotta get in there and start to clean!

By far my favorite frozen yogurt. I can be so full, but I'll never fail to make room for Menchie's if someone mentions it. I always gets the cake batter with mini m&ms and marshmallow cream. It's so creamy and delicious, it tastes just like real ice cream. It's even got my 92-year-old grandma's stamp of approval. She's from Wisconsin so she's an avid ice cream devote and not usually into frozen yogurt, but she always comments that Menchie's tastes really good. I used to always go to the Glenview location, but unfortunately that closed. Good thing there's this one in Deerfield though. And since all my Menchie's experiences have always been the same no matter what location I'm at, I knew this one wouldn't disappoint. They always have super cute pink and lime green decor and cute bowls and spoons that have a different picture every time I go. Definitely a fun, kid-friendly spot. Every Menchie's always has tons of different flavors lining a wall and you can try as many as you'd like with little taste tester cups. They do a lot of new, fun, different flavors like banana pudding with vanilla wafers or dragon fruit. However, I've found that they also always have the classics of chocolate, vanilla, and my favorite: cake batter. I'm not sure if it's considered a classic in other people's minds but I know it's always there and a popular option. Once you find a flavor you like, you can then pour as much or as little yogurt into a bowl as you'd like. You can even swirl two adjacent flavors together. The next step is the toppings and Menchie's definitely doesn't disappoint there. They have every topping I could possibly think of from every candy to every fruit to even a lot of sauce options like fudge, Carmel, and marshmallow cream. Finally, payment is based off of weight so if keep that in mind when pouring your yogurt into your bowl and adding your toppings. I think it's a fair price for how good it is. This particular Menchie's was very clean and in a great location. I think their parking was a little trickier just because it's a busy area, but it worked fine.

Great froyo, and add ons. Odd visit place was shopped hard, employee was nowhere to be found once done ringing us up, about 10-15 mins Another customer asked why the lights were out, and was told they don't work every now and again.
