I love this place! The pizza is great and the team of people like Chris help you understand the best choices for your preferences! The pizza is really fresh, I loved the spinach artichoke pizza with white sauce…amazing!!

Service: our guy was new… and a little slow. I guess we all start somewhere and learn trough the process.Great experience building your own pizza, I wish they would let you record it ! It’s a fun experience.Fresh and good Ingredients. Love the think crust and topping it with Mike Hot honey! Give it a nice final touch.Restaurant can be a little warmer ?

Today is November 17th, 2023. I walked in to order a pizza with an hour left until closing. The gentleman working was a medium sized man with a beard and a backwards hat. He made me feel bad about ordering food. His attitude was disgusting, he was tired and depressed(it seemed). It really bummed me out. Please hire people that will serve food without attitude, and that's all I'm asking for. They don't have to be anything special but to make me feel like shit whiling ordering food is unacceptable.

Food is good. The people are lifeless, look like they all are from the walking dead. They don't seem to care about what they are doing. Never say thank you. Then we have the "ambiance" cold, loud, as unfriendly as the people. Too bad this used to be a great place.

I am a frequent customer at this location and I walked in today around 2 in the afternoon to pick up my weekly pizza. I was disgustingly grossed out by the man behind the counter wearing a mask and coughing a lot who is making MY FOOD. No one wants to go out to get food and the employee making there food sounds awful and sick. I was disturbed by the management for making someone sick work because us the customers could get sick. I will not be returning to this location and will be tossing my pizza.

I had really bad experience at this location for a takeout order. Me and my 5 yr walked into store to place a pizza order. My kid wants olives and the attendant told that they are out of olives and we see olives in their assortment and requested them to add and attendant rejected saying they are meant only for online orders. Don’t you care for walk in takeout orders?

Had the thin crust pizza it was perfectly crispy.. I put garlic ,artichokes,roasted red peppers,mushrooms? and rosemary on my pizza ?it was the best.

There was a girl that was extremely rude to me she had light brown hair and a white complexion every time I go in there she always has an attitude if you don't like your job then quit but no need to be rude to others

Terrible experience, got there 30mn before closing and the lights were off. We went in to order and felt so unwelcome. They turned on the lights over the register and asked if we were dining in, we answered yes. Once we ordered and paid, a female associate informed us we couldn't eat there. There was 20mn to closing and we do not live in the area. We stated that we asked when ordering and she said, we are closed. Another associate said" I guess you can eat here if you want" We stayed to eat, they didn't bother to turn on the lights. We enjoy eating Mod pizza, but will never go back to Deerfield location again
