It's been a long time since been to Noodles & Company. My first time at this location and seeing new menu. Jason was extremely helpful and described in more detail the dishes I asked about. Ordered the shrimp dish and it was so good and flavorful. Restaurant was so clean and staff friendly. Stop by for a quick meal

We went here to try it out for first time. This was probably the worst Mac & cheese and chicken Parmesan I’ve ever tasted. The chicken parm was awful, wasn’t mixed, barely any sauce and the noodles were hard. I ended up just tossing it out. The Mac wasn’t any better tasted like noodles with water cheese sauce… Highly disappointed will never be back to another one.

My food is always hot and ready when I pick it up. Sometimes I customize my order and it’s always accurate. I see the GM working sometimes and he is nice. The customer service could be better but overall it’s a good location

I ordered a chicken noodle soup with a fountain drink. I waited on the side for my order and the young gentleman at the cashier forgot to provide me with my fountain cup. I asked him if he forgot my cup and he said he did and grabbed it for me. As I was at the fountain station choosing my drink. I hear an obnoxious voice telling me that the water button is at the far right. I turned around and it was an employee. I said why are you suggesting I chose water ? He replies I was told we gave you a water cup. I said excuse me why would you tell me what I can choose when I have a receipt to show I paid for the fountain drink. I said next time I would try harder to mind your own business. He replied I can’t because I own this location. My response was that he sounded very racist and I’ll be sure to leave a review. I asked for his name and he chuckled and said that he is the manager and his name is Michael. This entire interaction has tainted my experience at this location. I'd highly encourage to remove anyone in leadership that displays patronizing superiority this could be detrimental to all customers experience.

two days in a row they gave me so few noodles that they didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl :(
I was disappointed when I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and didn't want the spaghetti but got the penny the food was good but I ordered it with a salad a Caesar salad for my side and I didn't get any dressing the place isn't that far from the hotel I'm at so tomorrow after I check out of the hotel I will go to the same place that I ordered from and ask for some salad dressing so I can finish my meal. I was also disappointed that since I ordered it as a meal that I didn't get any garlic bread it seems a little I don't know I'm Italian to order an Italian dish but not get garlic bread that disappoint me was well but it had great flavor I liked it I just wish it was more complete
