As a small sweet snack I ordered two cupcakes to be delivered. I had a Red Velvet Cake and a Chocolate Cake. Both of them were quite delicious, but I still missed the last step to perfection, but I really can’t explain what this could be. Maybe the cakes just needed to be a bit more moister.

I had the pleasure of being taking care of by Fabiola who suggested the new snicker’s bundtlet which did not disappoint! Overall, great service and quick assistance!

Wonderful selection of Bundt cakes, and cupcakes. The seasonal varieties have been a nice option and I appreciate that they switch out the flavors occasionally and keep the regulars for those looking for their standards. The new app has been very helpful in ordering ahead, or placing orders for a later date. The care taken in creating cakes for special occasions is also wonderful, and the recipients always get excited when it arrives.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. Amber went above and beyond to help me change my order from delivery to pick-up (my own fault). She took extra steps to get in touch with Uber and ultimately got it taken care of for me. The cake was amazing as always, but the customer service it what made this experience great.
