I like this Panera Bread branch along Lake Cook & Waukegan roads (Deerfield, IL) since it's very easy to park here & the staff are very nice! Fast service!

The soup wasn't as rich as I expected. I had to remind the manager I was supposed to get a treat because I was overcharged on my last order. My breakfast sandwich was good last Saturday except they forgot the cheese. I understand why people use the kiosk

Decent reasonably healthy food available and not much prices than fast food, the tomato soup is quite good as is the Mediterranean sandwich, Greek salad and the bakery is excellent if a bit high price but the new macaroons are a nice treat for under $2 but be careful since the registers can't take e gift cards though the kiosks do
They really just served me a bacon double take breakfast sandwich with no egg! Just double cheese and bacon, I’m livid!

This is the WORST Panera Bread location I have ever been to! Today is the third time I have been served a terrible salad. There are no ingredients in the salad. And there are also rotten leaves. This is the third time. If I could put a minus on this place, I would do it!!!

The staff at this location was rude and inconsiderate. Not friendly at all; cashier, manager and one of the cooks/food prep person(?)-all bad attitudes and wouldn’t help resolve any issues. I love Panera but don’t recommend this location. I’ve been to a lot of Panera’s all across America, and this is by far the worst service wise.
