Overall quality control is very lacking. Frequently seems to be short-handed and understaffed. Takes way too long for plain hot dog orders to come to the drive-thru window. An unwise Char-dog order seems to bring the place to its knees and immediately banishes you to the parking lot penalty box. These kids also don't seem to know to mix milkshakes, and a lot of milkshake orders seem to wind up as nothing but air and chocolate foam.

I just went through the drive-through a couple of minutes ago, and the lovely people who took my order were very friendly and efficient! Drive-through was pretty quick and the food was great as always.
