Scoops and Cookies

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had at an icecream shop if not at any establishment! First off the black haired lady (in the picture below) working on Saturday 2/22/2025 at 9:30 PM was incredibly rude and distasteful. She also gave me half of a scoop in the cup below when I asked for a cup and proceeded to charge me 5$ for it. Also she was constantly on her phone and touched her phone before grabbing my older brothers cone with her bare hands ignoring any food safety protocols. I work in a restaurant myself and know not to use my phone and touch food with dirty hands ! Overall my experience was horrible and I would advise checking out any other icecream shops in the area over this scoops & cookies.

This is a cute little ice cream shop located on the backside of Deerfield Commons. If you never venture back there, you wouldn't know it existed and that's a shame.

It's clearly a neighborhood spot as a number of strollers were parked outside with moms and kids with big smiles were inside enjoying a cold treat on that hot day.

There was a friendly high school kid working behind the counter and doing homework or something on the side. We tried many of the different flavors and I settled on the peach. It was really refreshing and the perfect amount of sweet and fruity.

They had yummy looking cookies and edible cookie dough in a freezer.

The place is clean with a number of small tables and a large television in the center of the room. There were sports on the TV when we were there.

It's a cute neighborhood ice cream spot with tasty flavors and tasty looking cookies. If you twist my arm gently, I'll go back and try one. Or, if you ask me, I'm happy to return and get more delightful ice cream!

Came in Saturday night to get some cookies and the cookies were amazing! The young lady working deserves a raise and there were many customers in the line, but she served everyone with a smile and with a warm cookie!! Definitely recommend this place !

only one girl working when we went and she was great! super friendly and greeted and said bye to all while we were there. lots of cool ice cream flavors to pick from, including one with Baileys! we got the espresso chip and cherry flavor and enjoyed!

Sweet staff and amazing ice cream. We love that they serve Homers ice cream, and would rather go here than to the Homers restaurant.
