Homer's ice cream iykyk.
Had a bowl, it was mostly melted, the screens with the menus were all turned off, the guy behind the counter was annoyed he had to look up from his phone to explain the options
Had a great experience at this place. The ice cream was good. The owner was very pleasant.

Wonderful ice cream and staff!
Requested their ingredients for their cookie dough. They serve raw cookie dough yet they did not have the ingredients if it was raw eggs. It said you can bake the dough so seems like it might use raw eggs.
Ataff was very friendly and the ice cream was delicious

Delicious and creamy ice cream! Came in for an afternoon treat and got to sample a few yummy flavors. Love love love the Reese’s peanut butter cup ice cream! Great service and delicious ice cream! Worth a visit. Will be back to try the cookie dough.

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had at an icecream shop if not at any establishment! First off the black haired lady (in the picture below) working on Saturday 2/22/2025 at 9:30 PM was incredibly rude and distasteful. She also gave me half of a scoop in the cup below when I asked for a cup and proceeded to charge me 5$ for it. Also she was constantly on her phone and touched her phone before grabbing my older brothers cone with her bare hands ignoring any food safety protocols. I work in a restaurant myself and know not to use my phone and touch food with dirty hands ! Overall my experience was horrible and I would advise checking out any other icecream shops in the area over this scoops & cookies.
Scoops and Cookies is always a go to shop. Delicious flavors and amazing milkshakes!
