Yesterday, I arrived at this location for a business meeting, dressed professionally despite the extreme heat wave. Upon entering, I asked the cashier if I could have a cup of ice. She responded, “You have to purchase something before I can give you a cup of ice.” I replied, “Okay, I’ll think about it,” and took a seat across from a white woman I was meeting with. Once I started my conversation, the cashier decided to bring me a cup of ice.

It stood out to me because the last time I visited a separate coffee shop (not Starbucks but a different chain) during a similar heat wave, (in very casual clothing) the cashier gladly handed me a cup of ice and even pointed me to the water dispenser without hesitation.

I will never return to this location.

Zaki went above and beyond with my order at Starbucks. He was super friendly, helped me figure out what to get, and even made a unique drink that turned out amazing. Great customer service—Zaki really made my day!

The manager Mr Saldana is always super friendly and just a pure joy. Starbucks usually has good service but this particular location is special. My wife and I always come here for our caffeine fix even though it’s slightly more out of the way.

Nice Starbucks in Uptown Deerfield.
Coffee was fresh and hot!
I really like their new instant brew machine for their Coffee!
Staff was friendly and efficient.
Comfy outdoor seating.

This morning I went to Starbucks to get a coffee for my son, I said good morning, an older woman I don't remember her name. She didn’t said good morning back I asked her for a large White iced mocha coffee. She made a rude face and turned her back on me. She didn't talk to me anymore. She didn’t give me my receipt too She gave me an incorrect drink and charged a little over 11 dollars for my drink that is usually 6 dollars. She has taken my order a couple of times and it's always the same with her. I've never had any problems at the Drive thru also everyone it’s kind but not her.

How can you put such a rude, inconsiderate and lazy person at the drive-through every day I go through this man is short rude doesn’t help my drink was wrong. He just looked at me and says what is wrong with it ma’am. Tell me what’s wrong with it what’s wrong with it Starbucks culture is I’m sorry ma’am. Let me take care of that for you Today I drove through and I couldn’t reach the scanner and he refused to move the scanner closer to my phone and told me that I should’ve driven closer to the drive-through. Fire this guy.
