Last week I was at Sweetgreen. I ordered a chicken avocado ranch salad. I was served by Steph. She was not very friendly to me, did not smile and was in a hurry. After I came home I found a black hair in my salad🤢🤢. It was very unpleasant. A ask you to take measures so that employees hide their hair better

Ordered a $20 customized bowl last night with rice, Quinoa, a protein and a couple vegetables. Very disappointed with the portions provided. Very skimpy. Came in a thin container and was only half full. First time ordering from this restaurant. Not likely to return.

I come here semi-regularly for lunch (1-2 times biweekly) and every time I have a pleasant experience. Service is friendly and quick, they never forget the bread, space and bathrooms are kept clean. This location is MUCH easier to access and park than the one in Deerfield.

I went to pickup an order today and was pretty unsatisfied with my experience. This was my first time trying this place out. I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately and decided to try the caramelized steak bowl but was left with a bowl that was only 75% full. There were like ten cubes of meat which was really disappointing. I paid almost $20 for this meal and I’m still very hungry after finishing this bowl. Photo has been attached for reference.

I visit the Deerfield location at least three times a week. It is my favorite location by far! The staff is always so sweet & efficient. I know that whatever I order, it’s going to be made the exact same way every time, which I appreciate. Every employee has a smile on their face and is so cheerful. ?

Love sweetgreen but this location closes hours before they say they do. The door says 10 but they always close in the 8’s or earlier. They’d make more money if they stayed open to when they say they will.

The food here is OUTSTANDING!!!!! You get what you pay for, it's as simple as that!!! Also, the employees are so awesome with people who have food allergies like me!!! Cleaned the line, changed their gloves, the whole 9yrds!!! I'll be back!!!
