Service was ok. The skirt steak taco are pretty good, they do give a nice amout of meat for a taco, and the flavor is pretty great. The meat is soft not tuff and chewy. I also, had a quesabirria with extra cheese and when I got my plate I picked up the quesabirria and the meat and cheese strated to drip just the way I love to see it.

Incredible place for home style cooked food with amazing flavors, in an ambience that jells beautifully with Mexican culture! Discovered them a few weeks back & since they have become our go to for authentic Mexican food in our area. Restaurant is run by the Mexican owner who is a prominent chef who decided to open his own place 6-7 yrs ago & they have done a phenomenal job in Taco Vida! They make tortillas in house & you can taste the freshness as a result! Flavors just pop in whatever you order. They even make ingredients that go into the Margaritas (except the Tequila:))& with the 1st sip...it doesn't taste like commercial syrupy margarita! Service is amazing ..the staff genuinely takes care of everyone. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Taco Vida! I can't wait for their Tamales Tue!

Just ate there and I will say the quesabarria and al pastor were very good. Tortillas did seem to be homemade too. All tasted delicious. BUT - $6 for a taco? Really?? Plus paying for chips and salsa? Not used to that at all. Maybe it’s the neighborhood where it’s normal to pay like that. I was seriously surprised. Place is great, staff was very nice. Cost was out of range.

I would leave this as a 50 star restaurant if I could! This is my first time coming up to Deerfield and I wanted tacos and this place is amazing. The atmosphere is authentic the corn tortillas was amazing. The lady Maria was an absolute doll!
