This place sucks big time, the lady there is always on a bad mood!
Very good birria tacos. Also, the queso dip with ground beef is a must try. Haven’t dined inside so I’m not sure how service or atmosphere is but I order take out frequently from Taco Vida and the food is great.

Tacos are good, but not worth the painful experience to get them. No online ordering. Painfully slow service. Extremely small with barely any spaces to sit. Made it even smaller since COVID with less tables. They’re trying to masquerade as some quasi-full service sit down place post-COVID to garner tips. Refuses to let you sit down if you order it to go. They charge you a 3% fee for using a card, on top of being some of the most expensive tacos you will ever find. They take pride in telling you to wait an hour on a busy night for a to go order. Woman owner is extremely rude. The list goes on…
Go to Taco Nano instead where the people are nicer, almost the exact same menu, timely and friendly service, more space, and online ordering.

Just ordered from Uber eats but would not again. The meat was over cooked. I enjoy cilantro better, just my opinion 👍
It was a pretty good taco, but it was not a $5.50 taco.

We’ve been loyal customers for years but they never estimate the pick-up time correctly. Today we were told 40 minutes and my son waited an additional 40! When I called to inquire, all they said was “sorry we got busy.”

This place really just sucks. More so the management/owner. I've ordered 200+ tacos for company meetings and usually they were accommodating in the beginning. Mind you, the prices on the tacos are very expensive. I don't know whoever the lady that works there that says she's the "owner", doesn't know how to speak to customers, and really doesn't have any sort of customer service skills. Again, especially after all the money we've spent there you'd think they can try to be a little more accommodating. Instead she is very deflective and defensive. They definitely need to send her to some management classes before she runs things. And crazy thing is I asked to speak to Freddy who has been helping me and is VERY accommodating.

A very bad place, they need customer service training, on one occasion I needed the bathroom for my youngest daughter to which they replied that it is only for those who eat in the place, I replied clearly that I am going to eat here but first I need the bathroom, they still refused. They are incompetent.

We love the food. Guac cost seems to have increased to a crazy level but we love everything and think it is a good value. Staff is awesome.
On thing we'd love to see is online ordering. Call, get put on hold, etc. I could place my order, pay, etc without consuming staff resources.

WAYY OVERPRICED and LOW QUALITY. They charge you double for small portion sizes and mess up your order completely. They also refuse to refund you the money after they messed up. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!
