I am still waiting for a refund on an order I cancelled on 11/7/24. I’ve called 3x at this point, it shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund on an order I cancelled immediately after making it.

Ordered an Acai bowl and Salad and was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food. Nothing was made fresh, the Acai bowl was premade pulled out of a freezer with a crumbled nature valley bar on top. The salad was microwaved and absolutely disgusting.

I have ordered delivery from this store specifically at least 5 times. And every. Single. Time. There is something wrong. The food taste bad or arrives cold when should be hot. The smoothies are always under mixed and runny. I’ve never had a good experience and for the price it’s insane.

Came by at 8:45 pm and they were already closed. This is the second location in different states where this has happened to us. So apparently they are at liberty to just close whenever they feel like it and not stay open until the hours posted.

Kelsey and Jaiden were super friendly and made my smoothie very well and service was swift
I love love LOVE this location. I ALWAYS get a Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt Bowl. My only complaint is that I think workers need to be more mindful of the quality of the fruit. I have noticed they have been hiring a lot of people too and its fast pace sometimes so i understand but a decent amount of times my blueberries (SOMETIMES Strawberries) have been mushy. I AM picky but sometimes they are mushy. Just something to watch out for since the Yogurt bowl is like 8 - 9$

I have been to this location in Deerfield several times and have just received the best service ever from Kelsey and Bryan. Kelsey was great at taking my order and running the front end while Bryan worked magic with the food! I am a frequent flyer and will continue to be!
