The food and the service here is normally very good. This time though, the woman who was running the window was just miserable. She got my order incorrect and was extremely unpleasant. I ordered a medium drink and got a small. When I asked for a medium, I was told that my tiny drink was a medium. It wasn't even worth arguing with her since she just seemed to want to make someone else's day as miserable as her own evidently.

Drive thru worker is incredibly rude. Was in today and maybe she was having a bad day but it's poor form to take that out on your customers. Wouldn't recommend this Arby's location 0/10.

gotta modify

Changed my order without asking. Ordered a large minute made lemonade, got a custom medium lemonade. Ordered large because i was extremely thirsty. Last time i go there. Complained at drive-through to no availe. Needed a large.

Just went to arbys today 1/18 around 9:43 and forget to tell the person for less ice in my lemonade. When came to register i asked if he can remove some of the ice i like less ice in mine, he said he cannot do it until i pay him extra. I can clearly see he didnt wanted to increase his work since its closing time. Otherwise no one in this world ask you that you cannot have easy ice in your drink. Than found out the fries were burned too.. His manager will be getting call from me tomorrow morning for sure.

A Human Who doesn't trust Google

Don't bother. Lazy employees and absent management means this place closes HOURS early every single night. Online ordering is shut off by 7pm, and staff are refusing to take an order via drive thru.

Disgusting! Couldn't order beef, did a burger and fries . Fries LOADED with Salt that they are inedible!! Nasty food. Don't eat here

Its a solid pick when it comes to the quality of service. When I go I always go in their drive-thru. On a side note, I do realize the fact that I hardly ever see very many people eating there, yet despite all of that they’ve somehow continued to do business out there- that Arby’s has been there for years now! But nevertheless, I enjoy their fries and milkshakes a lot. Please bring back the Orange Dreamsicle Shake again too ?

Got the 2 for 7 deal. Roast beef was ok. But the classic chicken was ice cold. Like i worried i might get sick casue how uncooked it felt. Was cold to the touch. Never trusting there food again that was horribe. Not even warm or dry. Just cold. Like why.
Really hope i dont get sick from this.
