I’m usually not a big fan of sports bar themed places or even chain restaurants for that matter, but we received excellence service, food, and attention when my two sons and I visited this location around 6:30 PM on a Monday evening. It’s nice to not have to wait with an empty beer glass.
Appetizers arrived quickly after ordering them. I’ve noticed lots of places are getting into the awful habit of bringing the appetizers about two minutes before your entrée.
One of my sons has a severe dairy allergy and our waitress was very professional about this. We’ve run into problems at other chain restaurants who expect you to Google whether certain dishes contain dairy products. But our waitress was well-versed in which products had allergens.
I only gave them three stars for atmosphere because I just don’t like being surrounded by television sets. I mean, that’s what they do there at Buffalo wild wings so I expect it. Doesn’t mean I have to love it.

Spent $12 on Touchtunes and they turned off the radio before a single song came on and they just let it play out. Likely will not be returning.

Everyone looks sad, workers and customers. Needed the manager to explain how splitting a check worked, needed the manager to ask a manager how to use a gift card. Wings were cold and our server acted like it was an inconvenience when he came over to us.
I love buffalo wild wings I come here all the time which is why I know the kitchen closes at 11:30 and not 11, i went at 11:03 waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, one employee even poked their head from the kitchen and ignored us. Lost my business

So disappointed....Just to be clear WE LOVE BUFFALO WILD WINGS. We let our 5 kids pick where they want to celebrate their birthdays. There's no limit, wherever they want to go is fine. My son ABSOLUTELY LOVES this place and this was his pick. He was looking forward to it for a week following up to his birthday. Well,..it was terrible. We didn't say anything,it was too busy, and we didn't want to darken the event. Wings were cold, seriously cold. Tastes like they ran out of blue cheese dressing and substituted from the store IMO (2 of my daughters work at big name restaurants that have to do this often)had no chunks and was clearly not there usual in taste. My oldest son ordered a burger and he didn't get his until all the rest of us were done eating. (like 20 minutes) Disappointing is an understatement because I know how much my birthday boy was craving and excited to go to his favorite restaurant..... Also, I'm not one to post badly , look at all my other reviews and you'll see I'm not a habitual complainer. Spent almost 200 on dinner for 8 including $32 tip down the drain.

It took 10-15 mins for someone to take my to go order with no one ahead of me, the place wasn’t busy at all. The whole time I was waiting, the hostess was on a *personal* phone call. I ordered two sauces on the side, received only one of the sauces and it was on the wings instead of on the side.

Buffalo Wild Wings is fire. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Amazing wings. Must come back. 10/10

Ok..my Bdubs is great working..but I go the drafts beer's and like 6-7 times they have alot beer's sold out..REALLY??? Who suppose know the beer's ordered stuff... 1 or 2 times..ok..but ABUNCHES!!! WHY?????
