Bad attitude from the lady at the bar. I forgot my ID in the truck and I have a E-ID which is valid in all US. She doesn’t know the difference from pic and E-ID and didn’t want to serve me a beer. Lost a customer. The GM didn’t have a single minute to talk to me. Bad place. Won’t come back. The floor is slippery . Be careful. Very Greasy

Took my boys to Buffalo Wild Wings to give them another chance. We went at 3:30 when it wasn’t even busy. Our waitress was fine — no issues there. But we waited about 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, everything was cold. Wings, fries, cheeseburger… all of it.
For what I spent on four people, this was really disappointing. We will not be back.

Went with a group of five people. The store wasn’t busy at all only a couple of tables sat down and it took 50mins to get our food. Almost all of it was cold, the wings were drenched in sauce, and the celery was mostly mush like it was weeks old. One of my friends had to wait another 15 minutes for their food too and that came cold also. Staff wasn’t very attentive and I think I saw them take a second to go gossip too so that was nice. Overall pretty sad. I usually like bdubs but this location felt like it was off brand or something.

Stopped in with my family last Saturday night. Food was fine. The whole place could be cleaner. Service was shockingly terrible. 20 minutes to get my first beer, server never noticed i was empty, never asked if I would like another, different server brought us food and asked if I'd like another, waited another 20 minutes, then walked to the bar to get it myself, bar tender was no where in site, my son came and grabbed me to tell me my beer had arrived at the table. It was the wrong beer, knew before I sat down (color). I don't like to leave bad reviews, but the service here was incredibly terrible.

I’m usually not a big fan of sports bar themed places or even chain restaurants for that matter, but we received excellence service, food, and attention when my two sons and I visited this location around 6:30 PM on a Monday evening. It’s nice to not have to wait with an empty beer glass.
Appetizers arrived quickly after ordering them. I’ve noticed lots of places are getting into the awful habit of bringing the appetizers about two minutes before your entrée.
One of my sons has a severe dairy allergy and our waitress was very professional about this. We’ve run into problems at other chain restaurants who expect you to Google whether certain dishes contain dairy products. But our waitress was well-versed in which products had allergens.
I only gave them three stars for atmosphere because I just don’t like being surrounded by television sets. I mean, that’s what they do there at Buffalo wild wings so I expect it. Doesn’t mean I have to love it.
