I enjoyed eating at Burger King better then McDonald's ...cuz McDonald's meat doesn't taste like real meat. Burger King is better. That's why I keep returning back to Burger King.

I went through the drive-thru and waited for half an hour for my order, but it ended up being messed up. I tried calling six times but received no response. I didn't want it anymore because it was so disappointing. After a long day at work, I had to cook instead. Ugh.

Never understand the hate BK gets. It can be a tad slow at times, but that's because it's a bit understaffed. Other than that, food is always amazing! Keep it up!

Okay Aiden. Went tonight with a mobile order. Wanted 2 Dr. Peppers. Came home with 2 cokes. VERY big difference and also not what I paid for. Didn't think it was too hard to read a ticket that had the same drink on it when yall weren't even busy. Smh. You do understand that double checking or even triple checking would save you from an upset customer. Disappointing. Guess this location is just not what it used to be. It's watered down grossness. Dumped it out and smells somewhat like dr.pepper so I'm thinking maybe the machine isn't clean and that's why it's giving a taste that shouldn't be there. Idk. Just gross and sent me into a full blown puke fit. Also, just gonna put this out there incase your thinking I Puked from the food. I still haven't touched the food cause I'm still having an upset stomach almost immediately after drinking whatever it was.

Super super pleased with the past 4 times we have gone! We specifically choose the sycamore location over dekalbs just for the friendliness, quick service, and exceptionally tasting food! It seems within the last month or two that they have really hit everything out of the park! Very happy to see the growth!! Thank you so much for all that yall do!! Will always spread the word! 😉

Burger King in DeKalb, Illinois, serves food that’s fairly mediocre and not always very fresh. For a more reliable experience, I’d recommend visiting the Burger King in Sycamore if it’s closer. Cleanliness and service are average, but the food quality here leaves something to be desired.

I went to the drive up for a shroom and Swiss.
Wasn’t on the menu. I asked the person speaking over the microphone on the drive up orders if they had a mushroom Swiss burger. And he seemed not to know.
I thought I was at the wrong fast food place and left.
You lost a purchase for 8 men after construction work because your person taking orders didn’t know the menu.

We were passing thru a very long drive. So we thought we would stop for lunch. 1) only 2 people working doing up front, drive thru and kitchen. The was on person setting back by the bathroom
2) we watch people walk in and out because of no service and 6 car's in the drive thru 3) it took us 20 minutes to get our food and I ordered a whopper meal w/no onion it was not cooked all the way. Pink and cold. Would have taken it back but like I said we were on our way and it was a 3 1/2 hour drive. My husband and son had a burger with bacon meal and they were pink also. Couldn't even eat them. Very very disappointed. It was December 30, 2024 around 11-11:30
We waited 20 minutes for our food at least . I called them and told me I was lying because the "manager" was there and the cook never makes a mistake and she said no way it took that long. She asked what she could do we spent $43 and told me that they really cannt do much because I didn't call them or stop back at the store that day. My receipt didn't matter!! Do not eat at this Buger King they suck!!!!😡
