Decided to stop by since I was in the area and always wanted to try some Indian food. Immediately was welcomed and felt at ease when one of the workers helped me out as to what we should get as our first dishes. Ended up getting the butter chicken, while my partner got the tikka masala, both with garlic naan. For drinks we got the mango lassi, while my partner got the strawberry lassi with their meal. Food and drinks came out pretty fast. Everything tasted great! While I have nothing to compare with since this was the first time I had tried Indian food, as a first time trier, everything was very delicious. The two workers and cook would check up on us and asked us how things were, everyone being extremely nice and welcoming. The only thing I had wish I gotten was some rice, but halfway through our meal, the cook came out and gave us some to try with our meals! For free! Exactly what it was missing. We finished our meals very satisfied, and talking amongst ourselves about what else we want try for the next time we come back. We live about 45 minutes away but to us, the drive is worth coming back to try it again.

I picked up an order to go, and this was my first time trying this place. The manager was really nice, very welcoming and even gave me a free smoothie. Which was delicious! I had a pretty big order and it was ready in less than a half hour.
The food itself was phenomenal! Hands-down, the best Indian restaurant in the area of DeKalb and Ogle county area. So much flavor! The only thing I would say is a little more spice. Other than that, everything was delicious and I can’t wait to go back.

We ended up here because Halal Pros was closed, which I was pretty disappointed about, but man did Burger Naan turn that frown upside down!!!! I can't give a super elaborate review at this point, but I just want to say that the butter chicken burrito is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I'm not sure how they created such a magical blend of flavors, but both my brain and my mouth were blown away by the unique and tantalizing tastes I experienced that night. They have a large menu, including many butter chicken options, and I look forward to trying all of them based on this one brief, yet unforgettable experience! My friend got the lamb curry and said it was the best he's ever had! The owner was so welcoming and spent some time explaining the menu since we had never been there before. He was very gracious and even brought us a sample of their mango smoothies. Another friend heard me raving about Halal Pros Gyro and told me that Burger Naan has the best one he's ever had, so I will definitely be giving that a try in the near future. For quite some time I've felt that Dekalb was lacking in unique quality food, apparently not anymore! I can't wait to give some more things a try, stay tuned for an updated review!

At an absolute loss for words how amazingly wonderful the food is here. The service was phenomenal. They were so fast. Met the owner and talked with him, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. I will recommend this place to everyone that wants a night out. You will not be disappointed.

The fried cauliflower and fried mushrooms were really good. The chicken sandwich was also really good, especially with the ranch sauce. The honeydew smoothie was unlike anything I drank before. It tasted slightly like a banana but it wasn’t a banana. The staff is also very friendly and they have like soothing music with birds chirping in it. Really great place. I came back twice now, their mac n’ cheese and burrito are really damn good. I will come back to try their desert and naan eventually.

On a good note, the chicken tikka masala was decent. It tasted good besides the thick layer of grease floating on top of the bowl. Unfortunately, the naan and rice were disappointing. The naan was thick and the rice didn’t have any flavor besides putting it inside the soup. I understand why a lot of people like this place if it’s their first time trying Indian food. Since I’ve tried Bawarchis in Aurora and Indian harvest in Naperville, I expected something better. I’d highly recommend everyone to try Bawarchis and you will understand. Much more flavor and the naan is thin and crispy. This place may have earned more stars if they didn’t charge the same prices as the other better restaurants I mentioned.
