I had a rather scathing review for missed for an issue that's been kind of repeated but I got a call from Rudy and an attempt to fix this. Everybody makes mistakes but what makes a big difference with me is customer service and having somebody actually call to try to fix something goes a long way how you deal with something after there's a mistake. It shows me what kind of business this and so I've removed my bad review and well see how this goes. A restaurant especially here in DeKalb that reaches out to a patron and tries to correct something goes a long way with me.

Authentic Mexican cuisine. Big menu with lot's of choices. I always get their soup special but it's only available on the weekends. The owner is such a nice man! Rudy will do anything for you. We enjoy seeing him whenever we come in. They only negative is the music. It is always so loud that we can't even talk at our table. When we ask, they will turn it down some for us.

we got food delivery and we started eating excited but all of a sudden I check bag and there was no sauce that I personally said I wanted then second my torta had a piece of small hair in my ham.

If you want fresh and fast food go and dine in. They have so many orders to fulfill each day and for anyone it’s hard to keep up. I have never had a problem with the food nor the service here. And sure it’s a little pricey. But what isn’t these days. The torta is my go to here. Yes it’s sloppy. But it’s Mexican food, if it’s not sloppy then they’re not doing it right. I love this place they have the best tacos in Dekalb but the man that worked tonight just made you guys loose a good customer he told me I couldn’t buy 1 taco it had to be 2 literally 10min from leaving from there like wow 1 already almost $5

Burritoville has a Food Truck! I am shouting out Irving and his team! Good lawd the food in the food truck is amazing! I tried the Cali Burger today and it was buzzin! Love all the mexican food! Irving thank you for bringing the food truck to our healthcare building 😍!
