This is one of the nicest Chili’s stores I’ve ever been to. It’s different than most and very pretty. The staff were nice and attentive and food was excellent!
Came into Chilis the other night and it was a really nice experience. The service was fast, even though they were packed. The managers came and checked in to make sure everything was good. Food was fantastic and cannot wait to come back!! Best Chilis around!
Service is pretty slow, even when it's not busy. Food is ok, as a vegetarian I did like that they offer black bean burgers. They forgot to give us take out boxes but luckily i found where they were located and just grabbed a few.

Had the worst customer service interaction of my life, will not be returning - Waitstaff themselves were kind and seated our group quickly. The food was good. However we had an issue with 1 drink order and politely asked the waiter for a remake apologizing for the inconvenience. Replacement came but it wasn’t an improvement. Apprehensive to say anything else a different type of drink was ordered instead and apologized to staff again. Someone, we assumed a manager, came up to our table - NO introduction or greeting. She just berated our ‘expectations’ in a hostile and unprofessional tone. Others in the party tried the item and agreed it was off but she didn’t seem interested in the explanation or address it - just talked at us. The whole table was shocked and left feeling VERY uncomfortable ruining the remainder of our meal.

Would like to give negative stars if it were possible. Waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order. I had to get a wet cloth to wipe our table. Didn't stay. They were not busy. Plenty of staff and looked like plenty of managers

Absolutely great food! Cannot complain at all, food will definitely meet your standards. However, the service is quite inconsistent, it's quite nasty. I never have left a bad review before so I feel bad saying this, but I wait a good 20 minutes before being served! By then I'm ready to order to-go! They act as if they never have served a busy hour before. I see them chatting away with their peers, yet, I havent even been given some water. As a hungry individual your patience is quite short and easy to break, this place will 100% break your patience! Just do fast food at this point. In any case, definitely great for food, service can definitely be worked on.

It's hit or miss. Sometimes you can go when it's slower, like today, and get great service and good food. Then go on another day and it's terrible. Cold food and the server is too busy talking to coworkers to get refills. Just take it one visit at a time
