The floor inside the restaurant is very slippery, I nearly fell two times during this one visit. Food was fine but the slippery floor really ruined my night

I'm sorry but the food was not good. I had a ribeye and it was awful like they pan fried it with no seasoning. My broccoli was cold and the mashed potatoes were not that great. The server was super nice tho and helpful. We didn't say anything about our meals not being good. Because it wasn't her fault. 3 meals and an app 118 dollars without the tip. Tik toc reviews aren't already to be trusted!

I went here on Friday with my family, and our server was an african american woman that told us her name was “porsha” she was extremely rude to us and caused a terrible experience for us, other than that the food was great.

Portia was giving amazing service! Would definitely recommend coming here!
Normally love coming here. Today not so much was sat down rather quickly place was not busy at all. Was never greeted by anyone once sat down. The waiter in the area we were in walked passed us 5 times in the 20 minutes we sat and waited not once did he greet us or say a word as he acknowledged the tables around us. After waiting 20 minutes we decided to leave.

I have come quite often here but recently I have noticed a change. I haven't written a negative review because I thought maybe thr last few times was the exception. However this was the third strokes for me. At first we were greeted warmly and I thought great, but after the chips and drinks came that was the end of it. We all ordered the 3 for Me with crispy chicken sandwiches and soup. Soup came fine, asked for refills 2 of the 3 were refilled and mine never came, didn't e en see thr server. 56 minutes went by after that, asked someone at about 34 min in and nothing. Finally at 56 min I was a bit irritated and said does it really take an hour for 3 crispy chicken sandwiches? At that point another server went back and immediately took our food out, not as warm as I would think and I assume it was sitting on the warmer. I had to wait at least 5 minutes in to get my refill which was well over an hour after asking originally. I was approached by the manager I believe and he asked me how it was and I told him. I got a very cold sorry for the inconvienience and walked away. My server finally came back and asked if all was good. I just quietly said fine because I'm not getting angrier. But so very disappointed at where this Chili's has gone, quite a shame. I do not think I will be going back anytime soon. I would rather drive a bit for service. I like to tip and I can tell you this was the first time in my life that I have not done so. Very disappointing.

From the beginning I felt rushed they where not busy plenty of open seats. The waiter was polite but seemed like she was in a hurry to get us out. Wasn't there for maybe 30 minutes in total from ordering our food to eating I was given the feeling I needed to hurry up an leave.
