I ordered food for pickup at 9:40 PM, but when I got there, the restaurant was closed and my order wasn't ready. What really bothers me is that if they close at 10:00 PM, why would their app even allow me to schedule a pickup for 9:40 PM? It doesn't make any sense. To make matters worse, I placed the order around 8:30 PM, so they had plenty of time to call me and let me know if there was a problem with the pickup time. But they didn't bother to call. It's just poor customer service all around. Because of this experience, I won't be going back to this restaurant. They need to fix their app and train their employees to communicate better with customers.

I ordered a bowl with chicken on it, and it looked like the chicken had been burned. You can even taste it. It taste like a burn chicken. I have no receipt lady that I give me a receipt.

Don’t order online here they will give you the absolute smallest portions of food. It’s happened many times now. Go to the Chipotle by NIU campus I regularly order online there and it’s always fair food portions.

14 dollar bowl not including 5 dollar tip. Where is the meat???? I order online and get ripped off why even ask for a tip.

It’s either dirty (tables, floors, etc), a worker is on their phone, or they charge you for something you haven’t ordered and get angry when you ask for the less than $4 back. There are numerous better options for food locally.

They had 2 different music blaring.
They had "background " music you expect in the dining room but then ther was obnoxious possibly vulgar noises (I refrain from calling it music) blaring from the kitchen so loud that it was difficult hearing when we ordered. Defiantly not a way to run a business. We love Chipotle this location is a dissipointment.

This chipotle used to be great. About 6 months ago they started shutting down online orders a lot, staff became different and not very friendly but most important they are always out of MULTIPLE items. It’s almost as if no one is doing inventory. Tonight they were out of fajitas, lettuce, guac and chips. In the past 6 months this is the 3rd or
4th time they are out of chips. Chipotle, out of chips?! I don’t know if it’s management or what is happening but its decline is disappointing at best.
