Came in this evening and they are out of shredded cheese. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. How can this happen repeatedly? I could understand if you are 15 minutes from closing but come on you don't close for 3 hours. Also last time, I asked for queso as a replacement for the shredded cheese and it ended up being an upcharge. Every time I come in here, the place is a wreck, food all over the place and looking nasty. I can't imagine this place lasting much longer. Corporate should stop in this place.

I ordered through GrubHub I got a bowl I barely got anything in the bowl did not get my guacamole that I had ordered barely got any of the carnitas that I ordered did not get my salsa that I had to ordered barely got any rice The bowl was not even half full The chips tasted burnt it was absolutely not worth the $16 that I had to pay it was absolutely disgusting. I was not happy whatsoever with that I could go in there and order and have the bowl heaping over and when you order for delivery you have no option to order extra rice extrasal salsa extra fajitas which by the way I got two things of fajitas which was ridiculous, it was just unbelievable. And on top of it all I didn't get a receipt inside my bag which is ridiculous also.

Don't expect this chipolte to have half of the ingredients to actually make a burrito. This particular time they had no steak and I said I would wait and they said they aren't making it for at least 30 minutes. There had to be 10 people standing around working and the shift manager is the one who snapped at the employee that said it would be 5 minutes for steak and that I needed to get a different protein because they weren't going to make any any time soon, all this happened at 630 on a Friday, guess they don't need the business.

This locations staff is rude and unorganized. 2nd time in a week they were out of guacamole. First time they were also out of cheese and salsa. I got total attitude from the staff when I asked what was the deal. Its 7pm and they are out. They lame the morning shift. Someone needs to step it up. Its usually dirty as well
I didn’t even eat, the girl serving in the line dropped rice on the counter, pushed it back in the container and then rescooped it back in to my bowl. Then I asked for half n half chicken n got barely none in my bowl. All the containers are cross contaminated from other sides. It’s dirty in there and yall need to do better on bro

You pay for a cup of sauce on the side and they don’t even fill it up halfway. What’s the point?
You order a bowl and it’s fairly light in weight. You order a burrito and they’re inconsistent in size.…skimping on food.
After ordering from here, it definitely makes you want to go to a real Mexican restaurant or somewhere you can get a meal for the price of a singular “entree”.
