Just ran through for some carryout. Something is wrong with the rice today March 20, 2024. Tried calling but can't get through. Trying to work through corporate chat support. Both meals were thrown out. Normally great, but no help today. I'll update if/when things are taken care of.

Did an online order for 3 bowls to be pickup at 7:30pm. They did not put names on it like usual so had to figure out which one was who's when 2 had same meat but different toppings. That was screwed up number one. Also added queso for upcharge for one bowl and it wasn't included. Paid extra for nothing. Their website said they close at 10pm. They seemed more interested in closing than doing a good job since they were cleaning up when I got the order. It's going to be hard to order from this chipotle again.

I always order to go and the food is great the inside always felt awkward to me.
Went to Chipotles today, when I walked in the guy says cash only the system was down. However he advised me to use the app and place and pay online. No big deal that part worked out okay. however, the two bowls I got were not so good. I ordered Carne Asada for both bowls. I could not believe how small the portions were. What I received for two blows should have been in one bowl. The Carne Asada was cold and tough no flavor. The rice was also cold and clumpy. The other toppings were also meager. I ordered a large bag of chips and was very disappointed in how small they were. I ordered a large drink and while drinking it I noticed a long black hair floating in the drink. disgusting !!!!, The restaurant was dirty and appeared unkept, like it had not been cleaned in some time. 44.50 for this very poor quality tasteless food. I understand restaurants are being hit hard and are trying to stay open and keep people working, however providing poor quality is not going to keep people working. Consumers have only so much money to spend on restaurant food. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Not a great experience ? ok #1. I couldn't order beef for my burrito ? because it's not on the online menu and then 2nd when you try to call they will not answer the phone the automated answering service trees everything to help you and keep you away from the staff which is really sad so I will not be spending money here
