Not sure why. But this location does not match up quality wise with Sycamore location. All I usually get is burgers to go to have at home with chips and my own drink. They don’t bother to warm your buns for you so they come out literally ice cold, the meat is always cold as well so that means the chews will never melt even a little. And the grease over powers the mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. Poor food quality.

Coming from southeast Texas, I hadn't heard of Culver's before. But I can say *holy moly* this place is good. Great service, great customization for the burgers, and the ROOT BEER BEING CULVER'S BRAND??? I daresay it's competing with the other root beer brands. 👀 Y'all should sell that root beer in a 12 pack!

Hate this place 2 weekends in a row cooks can’t get food right I will not be back. Burger’s are burnt got a fish sandwich a drop of tater sauce when asked extra. The orther burger was supposed to be chesse mayo and lettuce and was only cheese.

We ordered online for curbside pickup. Our order was incorrect from the start. They didn’t bring out all the food and when they did, it still wasn’t correct. The employees were apologetic about the mess up and we just got our money back. We are disappointed that you pay extra for better quality food and the quality control seems to be an issue with this location. We will not be visiting this Culver’s in the future.

This is not the first time this Culver's has got my order wrong! To be exact it's the 4x! And I'm sooo fed up! I called and the only thing the Manager Adrian said was if I came all the way back up there he can give me dipping sauce that was missing from this order!!! I do not recommend ordering anything from doordash or not checking your order before you leave if you are there!!!

OMG, I was walking g out and had this super nice “employee” opening the door for me as he exited. We made small talk and he shared HE’S THE OWNER! OMG I WAS SO EXCITED FOR THIS YOUNG MAN!! Congratulations on this new venture, as well as listening to my feedback! Keep improving!

Couldn't hear the girl who was taking orders. Then gave us 3 meals to eat in when we wanted sandwiches to go. $45!! But she was at least pleasant
