This has been an absolute nightmare. My food was supposed to be ready at 7:24 pm, and now it's been an infuriating 30 minutes, and I still haven't received anything. I ordered for curbside pickup, expecting it to be quick and easy, but this wait is beyond ridiculous. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I'm never coming back to Culver's again.

You’re true Wisconsin dinner!!! Culver’s curds and a butter burger and your dinner is grand! Homemade root beer to wash down that tasty burger! On the way out, grab some frozen custard and dessert is served!

Ordered online and waited 15 minutes for my food. I had to call saying I placed an order and am here. The pretzels were bad and the cheese was liquid. Burger was ok! Disappointed in the service itself.

I ordered food off door dash and accidentally did not receive my concrete mixer. I called the store personally and the manager was so sweet! So respectful and offered a refund and a remake. I’m not sure if I’ll spell this right, but thanks Clarissa! (manager I spoke to)

Multiple times they’ve gotten my order wrong, I have several allergies and always alert the staff at the counter about them and somehow they still manage to put it on my sandwich. I then go to the counter and explain that I’m allergic and they hand me back a sandwich that they’ve just scraped off what I’m allergic to instead of remaking. This has been the third time this has happened. The worst Culver’s I’ve ever been to.

Dietary restrictions: If you have food allergies don’t bother coming here.

The food here is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I also like that it's one of the very few places in town that is open for dining up to 11:00 at night. Also the staff is very friendly and I really appreciate that about them. One young man, Victor S., has been particularly helpful and friendly when I was there. If everybody in the service industry was like him then eating out would always be a very nice experience.

Literally waited in a line that was almost outside the parking lot and they messed up literally the only thing I ordered, a Reese’s peanut butter concrete mixer. Whatever topping was put into the ice cream was expired.

My boss took me here for the first time and ever since I've been visiting both branches in Sycamore and Lincoln highway. Service and food is amazing! You can't separate both. I am sharing from my multiple experiences.
