Had a free mixer coupon I finally decided to use. Went to this Dekalb location and also ordered a banana split for my spouse. Paid $9 and some change for a banana split. I was told to pull into parking spot. I waited almost 15 minutes and seen multiple cars, who were behind me proceed to leave before me. By the time the employee came out the banana split was dripping out of its container, melting. I told her I could not put this dripping ice cream in my car like that and she came back with napkins. When I got home (I live 5 minutes from this location and had my air blasting for the ice cream), I realized there was melted ice cream on my drivers side door. I don't treat myself often, but what a disappointment. Will definitely not be returning. Paid for milk with various toppings.

Customer Service was terrible incorrect order.. Wanted to argue after I said order was incorrect and that it wasn’t sanitary how she brought my order out that was incorrect I got my money back and drove to Sycamore location who had better customer service and made my order exactly how I wanted it…

Whoever the manager on duty Sunday night, 4/27/25, was she was extremely rude. First off the person who was taking my order through the drive thru wasn't paying attention and I had to repeat part of my order 4 times. It said on the screen that it was a medium lemon ice cooler with strawberries yet when they brought it out it was just a cup. By the time the manager came out she had an attitude and wouldn't listen to why I was irritated and her remark as I left was I hope you have the day you deserve. I will never go back to the Dekalb Culver's. I will go out of my way to go to the Sycamore one.
Usually a great place to get a bite to eat but the other day my mother and came through the drive thru ordered their food and their was a simple mistake on the order that could’ve been changed easily but “management” accused my mother and grandmother of being liars and that “they” messed up their own order and didn’t want to fix the order they messed up on and then proceeded to disrespect the customers my mom and grandma so if you are in the area I would recommend the Culvers in sycamore great management there, this location not so much!!👍

They drastically reduced the size of the scoops….charging us like 4 bucks for a few teaspoons that only half fills the cup. Shrinkflation strikes again I guess.

We came here after a Cheer Competition and they definitely we not ready for the swarm of people. So we waited a long time but when we finally got the food. OH and I paid with $100 bill and the girls did NOT count back my change. Is that not taught anymore??
