I ordered a chai latte and got a stale flavored coffee beverage. I can’t describe how terrible the taste was after expecting a hot sweet chai flavor. This isn’t the first time, just at a separate location. I’ve never had this issue at a Starbucks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst Dunkin around. Got my ENTIRE order wrong and overcharged me. Food was disgusting, I got two pieces of bacon in the snacking bacon and the sandwich was wrong. I will NEVER be back here. Waited ten minutes for this bullshit.

Samantha is extremely helpful and very kind. She’s always fast with my order, and she makes sure the food is fresh and up to my standards and everyone else’s. I think she deserves a raise for all the hard work she puts into this place. The store is always clean as well and I love seeing a clean restaurant.

My orders are always correct at this location. Food comes out hot and quick. My strawberry dragon fruit green tea refresher is always delicious, never bitter. Sam, the manager, is typically here when i visit- she is super sweet and helpful. Today, I ate in here so i got to witness like 15 other orders inside the store. Everyone seemed happy. Sam greeted not only regulars but new comers with a smile and friendliness. I’m not in dekalb often but this absolutely is the Dunkin’ I’ll go to when out this way.

Everyone at this location is very, very nice. Not much waiting time at all. Great selection. Easy to get into because it's on a corner. Right downtown, you could ride a bike, or walk. They have a little bit of a selection that you can buy cups mugs, coffee besides what you're ordering.. excellent coffee, great munchkins.

These people don't know how to run their business. They charge me twice and I'm having to dispute this with my bank because they never have a manager in the building. I wouldn't recommend going to the store unless you make your purchase online and pick it up because they don't know how to run a cash register.

Not impressed. Did a mobile order and went through the drive through, was given half my order and told to pull to front to wait for the rest. After 7 minutes of them not bringing out the rest, while my iced coffee is being watered down, I went inside to see what was going on, and my frozen coffee was sitting there melting along with the rest of my order. Now my frozen drink is not frozen and if I hadn't gone in I doubt that anyone would have ever brought it out. Bagel was tough, almost like it was microwaved instead of toasted.
