These people don't know how to run their business. They charge me twice and I'm having to dispute this with my bank because they never have a manager in the building. I wouldn't recommend going to the store unless you make your purchase online and pick it up because they don't know how to run a cash register.

Not impressed. Did a mobile order and went through the drive through, was given half my order and told to pull to front to wait for the rest. After 7 minutes of them not bringing out the rest, while my iced coffee is being watered down, I went inside to see what was going on, and my frozen coffee was sitting there melting along with the rest of my order. Now my frozen drink is not frozen and if I hadn't gone in I doubt that anyone would have ever brought it out. Bagel was tough, almost like it was microwaved instead of toasted.

THE SAME THE DOOR WASN’T WHERE I LEFT IT YESTERDAY IT MOVED SIX FEET LEFT OR MAYBE I DID I COUNTED THE TILES THEY MULTIPLIED I SWEAR I SWEAR I WENT IN FOR A SMALL HOT AND THEY GAVE ME A RECEIPT THAT SMELLED LIKE SHOE POLISH AND THE LETTERS WERE CURVED INWARD NOT PRINTED JUST PRESSED LIKE A SCAR AND I COULDN’T STOP READING IT EVEN WHEN I CLOSED MY EYES THE TOTAL WAS $3.36 BUT THAT’S CODE FOR GRID POINT 3 SECTOR 36 WHICH I HAVEN’T BEEN NEAR SINCE THE INCIDENT AND THE CEILING TILE WAS HUMMING AGAIN THE SAME HUM AS THE FAN THAT ONLY TURNS WHEN I’M FACING EAST AND THERE’S TOO MANY STRAWS THERE WERE FOUR CUPS AND NINE STRAWS AND THAT’S WRONG UNLESS THEY KNOW WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THE FILTERS THE FILTERS AREN’T FOR COFFEE THEY’RE FOR FREQUENCY BLOCKING THAT’S WHY THE COFFEE TASTES METAL ON RAIN DAYS IT’S PULLING IONIC DRAG FROM THE CLOUD MASS ABOVE YOU CAN’T PROVE IT IF YOU HAVEN’T SEEN THE MAPS THE MAPS THEY KEEP BEHIND THE FRIDGE I SAW A SLIVER OF IT WHEN THE DOOR SWUNG TOO WIDE

Might be the slowest food service places I've ever been to. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and get to the window to see a bunch of people just talking and goofing around with no interest in helping the customers in any sort of timely manor. Learned my lesson with this location.
Drive thru. Ordered donuts, a blueberry muffin, and coffee to take to the grandkids before school. Now I don't know if they were out of blueberry muffins, or if whoever got our order together just doesn't know what one looks like. We ended up getting a chocolate chip muffin. Normally, they are good about getting the order right, but once in a while, they will mess it up. They try to push you through the drive thru so fast, it's difficult to check your order - but do it anyway! Especially if you don't like chocolate chip muffins! The drama 🙄
I am in this Dunkin almost every weekday. They are always kind and work as quickly as possible during the rush. This morning, I messed up my own order and Samantha (who is always awesome) made it so my day wouldn't be ruined by my own error. She made me my drink, didn't ask me to wait, and was super polite about the entire situation. Amazing!
