Might be the slowest food service places I've ever been to. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and get to the window to see a bunch of people just talking and goofing around with no interest in helping the customers in any sort of timely manor. Learned my lesson with this location.

Drive thru. Ordered donuts, a blueberry muffin, and coffee to take to the grandkids before school. Now I don't know if they were out of blueberry muffins, or if whoever got our order together just doesn't know what one looks like. We ended up getting a chocolate chip muffin. Normally, they are good about getting the order right, but once in a while, they will mess it up. They try to push you through the drive thru so fast, it's difficult to check your order - but do it anyway! Especially if you don't like chocolate chip muffins! The drama 🙄

I am in this Dunkin almost every weekday. They are always kind and work as quickly as possible during the rush. This morning, I messed up my own order and Samantha (who is always awesome) made it so my day wouldn't be ruined by my own error. She made me my drink, didn't ask me to wait, and was super polite about the entire situation. Amazing!

I had a mobile order that didn't go through and was in a rush to get to my class, and Samatha and a couple other workers went out of their way to make sure I got my order and it had only taken a minute for them to get my order. All of the staff is always so polite and efficient. This is probably the best Dunkin' in the area!
