Drive thru. Ordered donuts, a blueberry muffin, and coffee to take to the grandkids before school. Now I don't know if they were out of blueberry muffins, or if whoever got our order together just doesn't know what one looks like. We ended up getting a chocolate chip muffin. Normally, they are good about getting the order right, but once in a while, they will mess it up. They try to push you through the drive thru so fast, it's difficult to check your order - but...

I am in this Dunkin almost every weekday. They are always kind and work as quickly as possible during the rush. This morning, I messed up my own order and Samantha (who is always awesome) made it so my day wouldn't be ruined by my own error. She made me my drink, didn't ask me to wait, and was super polite about the entire situation. Amazing!
