I always have an amazing experience when I walk in to pick up my order. Samantha and her crew are always very welcoming and provide excellent customer service to me and others. My order is always correct, I never have an issue. I go almost every day and am always received with such positive energy. They never fail to make me smile in the mornings.

Samantha is extremely helpful and very kind. She’s always fast with my order, and she makes sure the food is fresh and up to my standards and everyone else’s. I think she deserves a raise for all the hard work she puts into this place. The store is always clean as well and I love seeing a clean restaurant.

My orders are always correct at this location. Food comes out hot and quick. My strawberry dragon fruit green tea refresher is always delicious, never bitter. Sam, the manager, is typically here when i visit- she is super sweet and helpful. Today, I ate in here so i got to witness like 15 other orders inside the store. Everyone seemed happy. Sam greeted not only regulars but new comers with a smile and friendliness. I’m not in dekalb often but this absolutely is the Dunkin’...
