I literally asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel and to simply add cream cheese. She just gave me a bagel with cream cheese. She also rudely said that I said “extra bacon” but I repeated add cream cheese 3 times. They need a better headset or drive through person.

i was in drive thru and waited five plus minutes for my order to be taken. All and All the employee that was working drive thru was complete rude. i just wanted a donut and was meet with attitude.

I try to avoid this Dunkin because the other one down the street is 10x better. I normally order a bagel with cream cheese, they usually do a good job about putting cream cheese on it, but recently they’ve been putting like kid you not a TABLESPOON of cream cheese on it. It’s basically just bread at that point. When I went to return it today, I kindly asked them to put more on. She took it and put her hands all over it and then proceeded to tell me if she put anymore on I would have to pay for it. Which I don’t even mind doing. So now I have a bagel without cream cheese and with finger oils all over it.

Definitely not fresh doughnuts. Probably frozen Four employees standing around chatting while orders go unfulfilled. Was given the wrong order. When I took it back, the lazy employee said “He took your order” to another customer. I took the bag I was given. Not even worth waiting for a refund.

everybody there was nice and considerate. When we asked questions they were patient and answered super kindly and quick. There was good vibes around the room. Everyone there seemed to be doing what they were supposed to.

If you are a decaf drinker like me, be very cautious ordering here. They’ll caffeinate you about 30% of the time, even if you do order decaf.

For my job I drive across northern Illinois every day and stop at tons of Dunkin’s but this is the first time stopping at my local one! Jennifer and her team had the best service I have ever seen at a Dunkin’s. I will now drive out of my way to visit this Dunkin’s because it was so great.
