Everytime i come to this dunkin. my whole cup is filled with ice. When you tell them about it. They catch an attitude. Don’t recommend this dunkin.
At least 3 separate times I’ve come to this Dunkin and there has been tiny black dots in the bottom of my refresher that I didn’t notice until I had left the store and got to my workplace. I just chalked it up to being coffee grounds that got spilled in the cup somehow, which is gross but not super concerning to me. This same scenario happened yesterday and I again did not notice until I had gotten to my job, so I couldn’t go back to show them (not that I’d want a replacement drink from there at this point anyways). However this time it was obvious that the black stuff on the ice in the drink was mold (probably from them not properly cleaning their ice machine). There was not only black things attached to the ice at the top, but there were multiple things in the bottom of my cup as well, including a sesame seed. This is disgusting and makes me believe that what I thought was coffee grounds in the past, was probably actually mold bits. I find it hard to believe whoever made my drink didn’t notice nasty stuff floating around in it. Super disappointing because I go to this Dunkin multiple times a week since it’s on my way to work. I guess I’ll just have to start going out of my way to go to the other Dunkin in town where I’ve never had a bad experience.
Also, not the stores fault, but when I put a claim in through the app to get a refund for my nasty drink, the app only offered me 250 rewards points for the issue. The drink I got costs 750 rewards points to get for free, so they weren’t even offering an equivalent. I denied that offer and said all I want was a refund on the drink, not points. I was told they’d have somebody contacting me to rectify it, but haven’t received a call/email yet.

I love this Dunkin! I've came here all last year when I was in high school almost every morning and got a frozen coffee and sometimes food. They are always very consistent with my order and it always taste the same. Other Dumkins I've been to they don't do the same amount of pumps even tho I never add anything extra or fancy. Commonly just the butter pecan but other Dunkins don't seem to get it right. Even now coming back from college I still love this location. Also the banana break is my favorite thing ever to get there but sadly it seems seasonal.
Theres a guy that works there that I commonly see working the window in the morning and he's always so nice and lovely. Never seems in a bad mood.

Didn’t have any money in there drawer at 12:30 pm so I couldn’t make a purchase and had to leave , was looking forward to my coffee before school ,

I went in and got a signature holiday drink and ordered how it is written on their menu. Angie, the manager, calls the drink by another name, I correct her, and after a brief back and forth I decide to go in since it was pretty busy. Angie proceeds to eyeball me instead of assisting, and sends her staff to take my order after she realizes she's mistaken. The young lady takes my order, and then proceeds to add 3 pumps of another signature flavoring/syrup to my coffee unbeknownst to me. I call back to attempt to get a refund because at this point it's become a hassle to order a simple signature pre-made coffee. I can hear Angie upset on the phone passing the buck again to her staff instead of managing and correcting her mistake and they dismissed me. Angie begins to disrespect me, not knowing I can hear her, and her staff apologizes for the mistake but hangs up before I can request my refund. I will have to follow up with the owner to get this resolved. I usually wouldn't pursue but 57 grams of sugar is insane for ONE drink.

Sick of paying over $11 for my morning coffee and receiving a hot cup of milk and caramel the dunkin on the other side of town almost always gets it perfect this location sucks

I went to go get a medium hot chocolate today. And it felt relatively light. Didn’t think about it in the moment but when I got to work i decided to open the cup (no i had not drank from it at this point) and its missing a good portion of my drink?!?!? I paid almost 4$ for this to not even get my full portion. This is very upsetting.

Ordered the iced potion macchiato, got charged, and they gave me an iced pumpkin macchiato.. they said they ran out but I don’t believe them. They should’ve told me they didn’t have the syrup upon ordering or at the window. Weird staff, look twice in your order.

I pulled up to the drive-through and they never greeted me until I spoke to them first, two minutes after waiting just to greet me in a rude manner and they still made me wait another five minutes to place my order. There was nobody in front of me and they still took another five minutes to make my order and all I ordered was an iced coffee.

This ain't about dunkin. This is about that rude, angry lady "in charge" of visitors from opportunity house.
Alls I know is that I wouldn't have a job if I treated ANYONE the way she treated the old woman with the walker. Yelling, verbally and emotionally just plain mean.
Treating people like that in private is one thing, but don't go out in public and make other people watch it!
Nice services
Had the door locked even though they were open and refused to provide any service to my friends. They never had any issues before or caused any problems. Terrible service.
