The burgers, cajun fries and strawberry milkshake are all very good, but the price is just obscene. If I'm going to shell out steakhouse level money, I would rather just go to a steakhouse. Too many other burger joints that are a better value.
The serving size of the fries keeps shrinking. Throwing a half empty cup in the bag and placing a few fries in the bag loosely is not the same as ordering fries and getting the leftovers from the basket added to your bag like they used to do.
Never having whipped cream for the shakes because the employees have huffed all the cans like whippets is not acceptable.

As always, the best burger. I've had. A special shout out to the staff today on Sunday, June 29th. Very friendly, and it wasn't busy so they brought my food to the table after it was ready. They even offered a to-go bag for my peanuts. They also did the best lettuce wrap I've ever had, as I had a triple burger and was able to eat the whole thing down to the last two bites without it falling apart. Certainly took care to build a well put together, lettuce wrapped burger.

Something that didn't need to be done but was VERY appreciated!! I sat down and relaxed on my phone. I hope all the workers tonight are having a fantastic night and thank you for caring about the work you do!! Darian apologized again for the wait and it made for a great night home! Customer service has gone extremely down. Was helped this afternoon by a girl who did not listen to our order correctly rang us up for the wrong version, we were going to leave it at that misunderstandings can happen. All tables except one were dirty..Was extremely unprofessional afterwards and Was talking badly about us within earshot. Would not recommend coming here unless your placing an online order

Great food friendly staff but the man at the register clicked them buttons so fast and didn't repeat my order and I got the wrong sandwich I don't understand how he clearly heard me just unprofessional I prolly won't be back for the price 20 for 1 person is outrageous
