I had a really positive experience from a customer service standpoint with Summer. Just a very polite, attentive, and kind person. It’s great to see that customer service is still a thing with the college aged kids.

My food was good, but the guy who was there today demeanor, customer service skills comes off as a little aggressive as if he doesn't want to be there and he seemed like he was the one in charge for today. The atmosphere it's not welcoming.

5 stars on service since the delivery driver shows up quickly. However i’m leaving this review since it’s happened every time i’ve ordered from here- skip paying for avocado in general. Every time i’ve ordered here I order the avocado spread, and it’s NEVER on my sandwich. I’ve also ran into mix ups quite a few times as well, every other time I order they replace my boyfriend’s chocolate chip cookie with an oatmeal raisin. (Not sure if it’s an accident, or a substitute that they don’t call about, my boyfriend cannot eat raisins.)

Jimmy Johns used to be freaky fast, not anymore. Sandwich maker was also cashier and never removed her gloves after taking money. Parking lot looks like a war zone.

My fiancé doordashed me a sandwich from this location on Wednesday February 26th to my work for lunch. I went home after work and became profusely sick. I got food poisoning and was puking and having diarrhea at the same time throughout the entire night. I know it's TMI but someone really needs to look into this location and see exactly how they are improperly handling food.
Wowwww, the general manager at this location put me through, by far, the worst food experience I've ever had in my entire life and I'm in my 40's!!! I will be contacting the district manager, clearly you all don't understand the phrase..."Customers always right" what a joke 😉 talk to you all very very soon 😞 Just a heads up, you messed with the wrong Karen today she who remains nameless...I look forward to one day replacing you sweetheart, I hope u learn a solid lesson from getting fired over nonsense 😯

How does a sandwich shop not have bread. No wheat bread no sandwich bread. Wanted a #9 as it comes on bread had to get it as a wrap because they had no bread.
