Went to pickup my order around 12:10 noon 1/24/2025, and my partner went in for me because i wasn't feeling good. Lady behind the counter was pretty rude to him for no good reason because hes insanely polite and he forgot to grab our 2liter so he went back in & asked and the woman made some comment about "she cant get out or something?" In reference to me waiting in the car. Her comment was also ableist because im disabled. She had a nasty attitude towards him the whole time too. Management needs to tell her to be nice or get lost, people who are awful need to stop working customer service.

It is a small space and does not have the variety of pizza that appears in the images inside the establishment, I would like them to have more variety.

The food is great, the staff is amazing, and they are fast. I received my order partially wrong, but was quickly addressed and fixed and they also apologized for the mistake. This makes them better than others as this is something the USPS definitely doesn't do. I highly recommend this place and will most definitely visit again

Walked in and there was no one at the counter and there was zero acknowledgment of my presence. Waited for a few minutes and another customer came in was forced to wait as well even though they have door chimes. Eventually someone came out and sold me this sorry excuse for a pizza. At a glance it looks like a pizza but upon trying to eat find out that its almost as thin as the cardboard box it comes in and does not taste good. If you value your money or your time absolutely do not come here

When you want something hot and cheap, little caesars is the best. Every time I come to this particular little caesars the staff is awesome. They always go above and beyond no matter how packed it is. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a quick meal after a long day of work.

[I only rated the atmosphere so low because there are no tables or anything..it's a little caesars lol]

As expected - PLUS! This particular store will always get my business. Good service, fresh product, cooked exactly as I requested. I always keep my expectations in check - and they ALWAYS deliver on the Better-Than-Expected. (Although I *definitely* wonder about the 50%+ price increase. Call it what you will, and I know wages have gone up.... But not THAT many $.)

My recent experience was pleasant! They greeted me by name (since they know I’m a regular) and they made my pie to perfection ? They know I’m not a big fan on the sauce and made it to my liking without the request. The pizza was great and the service was quick, especially on the Independence Day. Thank you!

Easily the worst little Caesars in Northern Illinois.
Charging for one thing and selling something different is called bait and switch.
When questioned, I was told that how it’s made. I’ve ordered the same pizza at least twice a week but apparently things have changed in the past three days
