Service was good, the people were great. The issue I had was that the bouncers seem to need a refresher in how to identify a valid ID. I was accused by the bouncers of having a Fake based on the fact that my class on my ID is a DM, for being able to drive a regular motor vehicle, and all sizes of motorcycle. DM is not an unusual class, many have this, yet the bouncers were under the impression that it isn’t a really license class. Luckily I had another (can’t be used to buy alcohol) form of ID that validated my personal information with me.

Great pizza, and bar staff is what you would expect from what feels like a neighborhood bar.

Terrible bar, crowd, and security. Don't expect to get in depending on who's working security. sometimes you can get in late on a Monday but they won't let you in the same time on a Saturday. The crowd is the worst part of the neighborhood coming out and the bartenders are slow unless you know them. Go to Hometown or go to Sycamore, any bar in sycamore is better than this place. Especially Cub and Spanks

Look, you bartender Jason is the epitome of human compassion. What I experienced and witnessed with him sets the tone of what we should ALWAYS strive to be. No one and I mean NO ONE has ever brought me to tears watching their interactions with customers like him. His compassion is genuinely authentic and to ever lose him will be your greatest mistake. He is your brightest star during the darkest hour. Keep him by all means!

This is the number one bar that you definitely need to go to if you visit DeKalb! Absolutely the best pizza in the entire town! The drinks and staff are top-notch!

Was charged $50 for Stanley sticks and a pitcher of water… was given my card before we left i don’t understand how this happened?

Terrible atmosphere and they won't even let you in when last call hasn't been called yet. I don't get why a dirty run down bar trys to act like a club in the city. There's no point here go to sycamore or la calle it's a way better time.

Excellent bar food, great service! We had a cheese pizza and some Willies they were definitely greasy but this is what I was looking for in bar food. Will definitely be back!

Lord Stanley’s bar is not a bad place except for the bartender H. While I was at this bar wearing my veterans hat and a T-shirt he became irate about my shirt and refused to serve me. Overall pizzas are great. Food is not bad. Bar is dingy dirty Rundown.

The food is just ok with really long wait times. Service definitely could and should be better. Service sucked even with only ten people. Also, whether you only have a $2 tab or $10 tab they automatically put a hold of $50 to your card without any notice.
