This place has really slipped backward. We lived in DeKalb about five years ago and ate here often. Went for a company dinner on 3/28/24 - the portions were very small (the arroz con mariscos used to be a full plate with many shrimp and scallops - now it is just about a third of a reduced sized plate with lettuce and bean fillers to take up space and four dime sized scallops and three small shrimp) and everything was dried out. The steak tacos looked like jerky. Regarding the atmosphere: being in an otherwise abandoned strip mall doesn’t help. Sad.

It was a nice and cozy restaurant, perfect for the family. I felt like I was in Mexico when I really wasn't. It's great. The service was great, and it was pretty cool. They even have 2 flat screens.Vegetarian options: It's mostly salads, but I don't think it's much of a problem.Parking: It's just a normal parking lot, it's not too big, but it works since barely anyone goes anymore. ?Kid-friendliness: I brought my younger brothers, and they were treated nicely, even when they were a little annoying

I usually get the Bollywood, which I've never had an issue with. This time I opted for a chimichanga, with no meat. What I received was a regular burrito, smothered in their crema sauce, which I didn't care for and forgot to say no to on my online order. This isn't fried, which a chimichanga is. While the food was tasty, as their food usually is, I did not get what I ordered. My receipt even says chimichanga. Disappointed to say the least. Guess I'll stick with my usual order which is always correct.

First I'll say that I've been here quite a few times and Never had an Issue, However. Me and My family went last Night for Dinner. A party of 8 people. We got there at 6 p.m. which is understandably a busy time, but we were seated right away. It took almost 15 minutes before we even got our Drink order taken. After we received our drinks we had already been sitting for over 30 minutes. We finally got our food Order taken at 40 minutes after we sat down and Then we waited, and Waited, and waited. We FINALLY received our food after being seated for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Upon receiving the food we realized that the 2 Burritos we ordered had Steak inside that was Charred to a complete crisp and had to be sent back. An Order of enchiladas had sour cream on it after asking for it on the side, we sent it back and when it came back out they had just scraped the sour Cream off and there was still residue of it. Was very disappointed to spend over $150 for poor quality food and terrible service. We will be back again in the future but it may be awhile.
