Went to the drive-thru and after 5 minute wait and having to pull up to the window to give my order I gave the girl the app code for $6 value meal. She apologized and said she was washing her hands and that was why it was such a long wait. Pulled to the second window where the guy tried to give me a different order than what I ordered. I told him was the $6 value meal and he gave me the bag and then replied Coke zero? I said no, Dr pepper? Upon arriving home, I have a Coke Zero, fish sandwich and 4 cold but burnt chicken nuggets with no bbq sauce. When you call the store and then it goes to a fast busy signal. Crazy...I NEVER USE THE EAST SIDE LOCATION because there is ALWAYS an issue

Fast and friendly staff . It is a lot easier to put in an order with the kiosks or register. I prefer the kiosk. It is much quicker. They always have several deals going on.

The lil ole black lady with hi-vise vest has the worst customer service I’ve witnessed at a McDonald’s. She was rude to everyone she took an order to. Someone was wanting a receipt as the kiosk failed to give it. And she yelled at them to sit down. Who does that?
I’m surprised there hasn’t been work place violence with the way they treat their customers

This place is a joke. Come in to order food at the kiosk and after 5 minutes of ordering, I can't pay at it because something was wrong with it, and there was no reciept paper to take to the counter. Waited a few more minutes for someone to come to the front register, THEN the payment was processed. It's like there's 3 people working. What happened to the good old days.

I ordered 3 sodas, 2 fries on the app. Pulled up, gave my code called by name and asked to pull around. I was given the drinks and then asked to pull up and wait for the fries. 7 cars passed us and finally my order was brought out . When I checked the bag only one fry was there. I then had to get out and go in. One employee was assisting someone else, not even eye contact was made with me. She then proceeded to ignore me and do another task, so I then popped my head around the corner and asked to speak to the lady whom brought my order out. The other woman (I found out is named Tonya) then was like maam, Im here and helping someone. I said ok but I was asking for the person that helped me , not you. She then walked away and I heard her mumble I was rude! I asked her to repeat herself and she just scoffed.. the manager then came over and handed me my fries and apologized. I told her what was said and she told me she would are the issue but the employee just kept on and said to yes please complain about her. This type of interaction was highly inappropriate and out of line. No one should be treated like that as a customer and that employee shouldnt be disrespectful to her boss like that either. Very rude !!

Best Mcdonalds in the area. Food is always hot, fresh, and they have yet to mess up my order! The other McDonald's messed up my order a lot, which is why I started going to this one instead. Staff is great too.

Says they are open 24 hrs, but won’t fulfill my online order saying they are “offline” until the morning. They said I can pull forward so they can write my order down and pay in cash. Idk if they are pocketing money or what but if you aren’t going accept mobile orders or card payments just close. This wasn’t the first time I have been told only cash at late night.
