This place is an absolute disaster and should be shut down. I even addressed my concerns with the store manager, who I think her name was Lutzia.

This place is criminally filthy, smells like sewage, and food was undercooked and overcooked all at the same time. Wrong items were prepared for my order, and the staff was rude. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Even though who I later found out was the store manager, looked up at me after I had already been there for 5 minutes, but never greeted me or told me to hold on.

Who the hell uses butter noodles for a Penne Pasta. Literally the dish has the name of the noodle in it .Although that might explain why some of my noodles has a white creamy sauce on them.

I am not even going to bother calling corporate, I am just going to contact the DeKalb County Health Department.

Ordered butter noodles with Parmesan chicken and pot stickers. The chicken was burned, the noodles were dry, and the pot stickers weren't browned as they should be. $20 for barely edible food.

This location NEVER gets your take out order right. There are always multiple items missing so do yourself a favor and triple check your order before leaving the restaurant or you'll end up making a return trip.

Yes, they have a vegan option or two. But the quality is rotten and gross, and the amount of produce you get in your dish in minimal. The additudes of the employees are poor. It is not a welcoming place.

Workers arguing about the food. You order on the app ahead and it says ready. Get there and wait another 20 minutes for the food. This happened to me 3 times. 30 minute wait for any walk in customers despite there being no one eating in the restaurant and 4 people working there. Terrible service.

I paid $32 for 2 of these “bowls”. The regular size bowls used to be much larger. I don’t understand why I’m paying the same amount of money for way less food. Also the bottoms of the broccoli stems are visibly dirty and should’ve been cut off. The broccoli wasn’t even cooked, it was super hard and grainy. I used to love N&C but they’ve really gone downhill.

This is a filthy place. This location can’t even stay open have the time. The workers are a revolving door and you can easily tell they don’t want to be there. The guy that hides in back with braces is the actual store manager. He is rude and would rather you go to a different location as he put it. Stay away from here.

Terrible food to say the least. Used to come here all the time but the family and I are boycotting this location. Easy Mac taste better than the Mac & Cheese we all had and the chicken was drier than fire wood. Are they microwaving everything?!

Had multiple hairs in our food, got a remake and they gave us the old one with hair in it instead of the remake. no refund no compensation. hair in the food twice
