This location is by far the worst that I have ever ordered food from! The first time I have ever ordered food from this location I ordered two hours before closing! Not only did they take my money but let the door dash people come and had them call me and say that they put the food way. I had to call the next day to get a refund. So me thinking ok maybe it was just the staff that night. I ordered again today that is, at 645pm. This location close at 8pm, they not only took my money AGAIN!!! But sent a text saying that my food should be to me by 7:29PM. I get a call from the door dash driver saying that I'm so sorry! They said that they started putting the food away! And he apologized and said he tried I said it's not your fault. So I called, and the boy that answered said o yeah we talk to your driver. Yeah we started putting food away, it's just rice and orange chicken that's still out. Bad part about it is it's 729pm! I put my order in at 645PM! THEY CLOSE AT 8PM! BAD PART ABOUT ALL THIS IS don't even live in dekalb. I work here, I stay in ROCKFORD IL. SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION AT ALL. GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE!!! I HAD PANDA HOUSE, CHINA ONE, HAPPY WOK AND ALL LOCATIONS ARE GREAT. FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT AND CAME ON TIME! THE PANDA EXPRESS IN ROCKFORD WOULD HAVE NEVER DID THIS. Veg rolls are only slightly warm and do not taste cooked. Taranaki chicken is literally cold in spots and very fatty. They had no soy sauce in the bag, and not any I could find by the chopsticks. I may have missed it, as customers are rushed in line. It's had to understand the server's; first one was talking to fast and load it was like a school lunch line lady. The second one you could hardly hear over the first server.Don't get me wrong, I love Panda Express. I'll reconsider the options at the Oasis, before stopping back in.Yes it was busy, but cold chicken guy's messed up.BTW, the Taranaki chicken is normally small pieces and have a little crunch from being deep fried. Here just half choppen up and tossed in the side. Honestly it was gross.

Actually went there early for lunch just to take a peek at the food on my way out on a long drive and the gentleman was nice enough to let me know they don't do samples anymore which is fine and that they close around seven so I knew that I had enough time when I got there and I was patient and let somebody else go online that they were thinking of looking around and I had a three entrée. The noodles are great do you want chicken was fresh and hot I waited for new stuff to come out. The teriyaki chicken was fresh and hot and delicious. Yeah they don't do fresh sauces anymore. I don't care and then actually the new shrimp. I save till the next morning and re-here in my own walk and it was yummy.

This is the first time I ever buy something from panda express. As a Muslim, I am looking for Halal food but I don’t find halal everywhere in the USA so I have to adjust my choices. I’ll try to find something at least which is not have the meat and did not use any pork items or fats. so I found that panda express they having rice and shrimp and the noodles. Hope they didn’t use anything related to meat fat or oil. They should not mix any other stuff which just contaminating port or other meat, which is not Halal. May Allah make it easy for us to ensure halal Foods wherever we visit for worldly reason.

This is about the DeKalb, IL restaurant. BAD customer service, they hate to work there so they don't like the customers. I was there twice and a friend just once, everytime was bad in the same way: not nice employees and they charge you twice for items in your order. The first time, I ordered rice and the shrimp bowl for $8, they charged me $8 for the rice and shrimp and $1.50 for rice again . The second time I asked if they will charge me extra and if I can order anything for the $8 bowl, they said there is no restrictions or over charge: they did charge me an extra $1.50 again for an already paid rice, all while treating you like you're bothering them. Now you know why it's always empty. DON'T GO THERE!
