I was dissatisfied with the service and quality of my take out meal today. I ordered two meals and a large order of crab rangoons. The crab rangoons were unevenly cooked, I ordered packs of sweet and sour and none were included in the order. I am very disappointed with my recent experiences as I am regular customer. There are a few phenomenal employees but many others are lacking. I will be taking an extended break from ordering.
I ordered the family meal and 2 of my entrees where extremely skimped on. They offered a replacement which is fine but I'm leaving this review because the lady who was on the phone basically called me a liar because she made the order herself.

Bland, cold teriyaki chicken, spaghetti noodles for chow mein AND they gave our food to someone else so we had to wait for them to make another bowl and to top it off, no manner of apology or acknowledgement. Never returning.

Went in and immediately a girl working there gave the rudest look, from what I heard her name is Karla. And she just seemed to be rude to others there. Not good.

They forgot part of our order and demanded my partner walk back and forth again to "show them the item wasnt in there" even tho he showed the order on his phone and the item. I have NEVER in my entire life had a restaurant, even mdDs, ask to do this. And frankly i dont appreciate being discriminated on because of mine and my partners appearance. Maybe train your staff better :) btw- i truly dishonest person could have just left said item in car to get free stuff. So maybe not the best system.- forgot our sauce and silverware too lol!

Order was wrong. Drinks had no ice and we're warm/stale. Food was pretty nasty, not fresh or good.
I found the food quality at each Panda varies. This one was kind of bland.
