They forgot part of our order and demanded my partner walk back and forth again to "show them the item wasnt in there" even tho he showed the order on his phone and the item. I have NEVER in my entire life had a restaurant, even mdDs, ask to do this. And frankly i dont appreciate being discriminated on because of mine and my partners appearance. Maybe train your staff better :) btw- i truly dishonest person could have just left said item in car to get free stuff. So maybe not the best system.- forgot our sauce and silverware too lol!

So disappointed! We live out of town and went to Panda Express because I was craving it. Says online it’s open till 10 so I made sure i was there before 9:30 but when we walked in they gave us the dirtiest look as they were cleaning everything up. Working in a restaurant myself I know to not walk in as the doors are closing. We were even taking it to go but they didn’t even give us an option and automatically put it in the bag. There were only 3 kinds of food to chose from because everything was empty. I can’t believe that it cost us so much money still, and we walked out with nothing that we had our mind set on.

Ordered online and still had to wait almost 20 minutes for just 2 containers of orange chicken. Other than that it took a few minutes to even have someone acknowledge that I was even standing in the restaurant they were too busy laughing and talking to look at their surroundings. Some of them cared more about being on their phone then actually doing their job.. not to mention touching everything including their phone and then touching the insides of boxes before putting food in them.. these people really need to learn safe food service practices.. I was shocked at what I encountered tonight I usually have a great experience. This has definitely made me think twice about ordering from here again.

Always running low or out of food. Last time I went they had 5 people waiting for more food to be cooked. Tonight they were out of noodles. I recommend making the trip to the oasis Panda Express, service is better there.

I went here today to get some Chow Mein and spring rolls. The employees told me the Chow Mein was out and that I would have to wait 5 minutes for them. After 10 minutes or so, I went to get my food and the guy there told me they didn’t have spring rolls even though there were plenty right in front of him! He them told me to wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES, immediately I asked for his manager twice till at last the manager came and I complained about the bad service. Then I left, came home, and opened the box only to discover that the spring rolls were covered in SUGAR! I doubt you have started to sell sugar-covered spring rolls, more likely they were contaminated with sugar due to horrible hygiene. If you’re going to hire people at least don’t hire idiots who don’t even know what they’re doing. If I get horrible service again, I won’t come back and the only thing you’ll ever see again will be the complaint from me…Also, stop serving such monstrosities of celeries and cabbages on the Chow Mein, they are horribly huge.

I love there walnut shrimp ??. Kung Pao chicken is good too .Hey I tried there new shrimp ? dish chilli hot crispy shrimp? It was very good...go try it!!!Vegetarian options: I Sean at least one veggie dish when I go there..Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter loves the steamed rice with orange chicken ??????
