The lady I got the food from wasn't very personable, but not rude. Chicken with peapods was terrible and the saucy was snotty. Broccoli and beef was was decent but flavourless. I got 50% off the order through doordash and I wouldn't do it again at the same price point.

I ordered from them and when I started eating my food I notice a fly in the chop suey. I contacted them and asked if they could make me another order and they said "NO" then I asked for a refund they said "NO" and hung up on me. I called them back several times and they lady repeatedly hung up on me. So rude never will I go back to them I will dispute with my bank.

It's unfortunate that I'm forced to rate Panda House one star because of their unsavory treatment of paying customers. Lady at the counter refused to give me a couple extra sweet and sour packets, and was unnecessarily rude about it. This was a long time town favorite, but I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I love this place, I haven't tried any other chiense food places in the area but the prices are great (the lunch speical is excellent) the food is delious and fresh . Although it could use an upgrade on the outside looks, the inside is worth a try !
