The food was the worst I have ever had. For what I paid for everything it was not good. Did call the store, talked to manager Brittany she is giving me another free pizza and the chocolate chip cookie. I feel that if they want to make this better, a little quality control would be helpful. I wonder if they even try what they make? Because if they did they would of realized that the sausage tasted tainted, the crust with the cheese in it, was not neatly put in as shown on the commercial and the cookie that is fresh baked, a hockey puck taste better and easier to chew. I am giving papa John's one more chance simply because Brittany said I would get another pizza and cookie for my bad experience, so we shall see. Thank you

I picked up a pizza in the drive through. Honestly, I didn’t expect much of my interaction BUT Mark was freaking fantastic! He was the first person, in my experience, to show any personality while working the window. He was engaging and pleasant. He was the epitome of customer service for me. Thanks Mark! You’re the man… the 12th man! ;)

Pizza used to be great but has deteriorated a lot! We ordered pick up. Waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the window even though there were several employees in eye site. When he finally came to the window he sounded drunk. Overall quality and service not what it once was.

This is the only papa johns location in Dekalb so I assume they get pretty busy. Might want to hire more people for quicker service. The veggie pizza we ordered was good and had a decent amount of veggies and cheese on it and garlic knots were spiced with yummy garlic and butter perfectly!
