Placed a order for a small cheese pizza. Checked the tracker and it said picked up before I had even arrived. I show up two minutes before the pick up time and they haven't even started to make it. Waited 15 extra minutes just to get a burnt pizza. Ridiculous.

Take out order of 6 16” pizzas for my work location. They were well received by everyone. I asked for pie cut, the only proper way to cut a pizza, and all were. One pizza was actually cut both ways and looked like a jigsaw puzzle! lol.

Eff this place. I went in to pick up a large order, for a group of Cub Scouts. I asked for a few pizza boxes for a scouting activity and was denied by the staff and manager. I even offered a generous tip to cover any expenses for said boxes. (How are you gonna say no to the kids?) I should have canceled my order at that moment but I didn't. Haven't been back since nor will I.

The pizza was barely warm when we got it. Looked like it was tossed around as pieces were upside down when I opened the box, asked for sprite received Diet Coke (which I really don’t care about that). But, for 40$ for just a large pizza and soda, I would expect it to taste better then a cheap frozen pizza.

Order online to get the best experience, it was not easy at 1st but once you get the hang of it makes everything easier. You'll get the deals and the best stuffed pizza and pan you'll ever try. A++
The exact same pizza with the same four toppings has two different prices. They do not give one the best price unless specifically asked. Then, we were charged an extra fee at check out that wasn't mentioned when ordering. These things felt scammy and a bit predatory.
Belligerence when I calmly questioned the pricing and extra fee. Horrible service.

Had box coupons for 50% off pizza. Told them I had box tab coupons. Never said anything to me that they would not honor it. Went to pick up and said wouldn’t honor the coupon. Should have left the pizza there. Was pretty hot about it. Paid for it anyway. Probably won’t ever go back to any store again.

No longer tastes like Rosati's. Currently looking for a new pizza place. I'm not going to waste my money on this place anymore .
The pizza was hot and delicious when delivered. And it came faster than expected. The delivery person was courteous and professional and the pizza was great!
