Personally looked very dirty, I wasn't expecting much but I couldn't even order in the end because they were out of chicken entirely?? I don't know, may have been a language barrier but how are you going to be out of chicken when it's in your name? Very confused tonight, is this normal? Never had this happen at a Sharks in chicago.

it’s sad that they know they’ll still get business and be so rude . no greeting coming in the store whatsoever they never answer the phone it’s so hard to get a hold of someone , picking up my food there’s no customers inside yet nobody answered my call so i can place an order.

They tried giving me old chicken that was sitting in a fryer and he just reheated the chicken !!! Hell no !! I just paid 35 dollars. The fact that this culture doesn’t respect women is sad .. to argue with someone who wants fresh food !! Insane !! And the phones they turn off and then say they not working !!! Definitely will be my last time ordering food here.
The food was tasty and quick. Too much lemon pepper but decent place for lunch.

Allowed me to make an order for pick up then told me she can’t take my order unless I walk in to do a deposit….what is the point of ordering ahead of time ? What an inconvenience DO BETTER
I recently noticed their $6.99 lunch specials displayed at the storefront, offering a variety of options. It seemed like a perfect opportunity to give them a try for the first time. I decided to play it safe and went with the 10-piece nugget lunch special. The food was ready within a few minutes, which was a nice touch. I chose the lemon pepper seasoning, and it turned out to be a great choice.
While the nuggets and fries weren’t anything extraordinary, they were hot, crispy, and delicious. The portion of fries was generous, and the meal included a canned soda as well. The staff was very polite, making the whole experience even better. Overall, I was very pleased and am excited to return to explore some of their seafood options.

I'm not even done with my cheeseburger yet and I had to come and leave a review!!! Wasn't what I expected and I'm so glad! ☺️ They even had pickles 🥹 Absolutely Delicious! I love the chicken and fries but I tried the Cheeseburger tonight and I'll be ordering it again 🥰

I ordered a watermelon lemonade slushee (was amazinggggg!!!) 4pc wing dinner & the 2 pizza puffs special .. I added the jerk lemon pepper seasoning instead of my usual lemon pepper w a side of hot sauce. the chicken was cooked so good with just the hot sauce I didn’t even use my ranch I ordered lol the jerk lemon pepper seasoning was 10/10. The fries was also really good and crispy. Not all fries are good fries but these ones are perfection. the seasoning was so good, I bought a bottle of it to take home lol the food was super fresh, didn’t take too long. Mo did an amazing job cooking! the cashier was really nice as well and super accommodating. I would definitely take the 2 hour drive again

I placed a order for a 3 pc combo the girl told me 20 mins so I leave and come back 20 mins later sit down thinking it’ll only be 5 more mins I sad and waited 1 hour 10 mins just to get 4 wings 1 catfish 1 catfish filet

Best chicken in the midwest! gotta get my lemon pepper 🔥 I always order the 10-pc Mix, it includes 10 random pieces of fried chicken (thigh leg wing mix) and fries. It is a steal for two people to stuff themselves full for only $10.99!! Never go to KFC again if u love yourself 🙅🏼♀️
