Ordered ahead, waited almost 30 min after the time and food still wasn’t ready. Tried to have them cancel and refund and was told they couldn’t help me. $35 wasted and no food.

Awful. I came in with my family asked for a minute to order at the counter and was completely ignored. No one came back to take my order. After about 15 minutes of beinh walked past and ignored, I took my family and left. I went and spent my money at a place that actually wanted it. No wonder your dining room was almost empty. We will not be back again.

The man at the counter tried to scam me by ringing up my combo items ala carte. Took him 20 minutes to figure out how to refund my money and charge the correct amount to my card. Food was cold by the time I finally drove away.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I came through the drive-through a few minutes prior to closing unintentionally (the hours were wrong on Google). The person taking my order was upset that I came before they closed and they put large amounts of salt in my food when I was pregnant. When I contacted the manager, she stated that her employee would never do that Not considering how my health was affected. And they never reached out to me regarding my refund. I’ll never eat here again and I’ll advise anyone if they care about their health never to eat here either!

Usually we have really good food here but the last couple times have been questionable. A week ago we went and food was cold. Today we drove thru for breakfast....the order taker acted like she was put out for helping us...got our food, drove away and guess what...food was cold....we drove back around and asked for our order to be redone... we got it but the attitude was not good at all. Just thought the owner should be aware of what his staff is doing...sorry, we won't be back

I usually am not one for bad reviews but this is the third time my order has been messed up. This time I was able to fix half of it but there has been many times I haven’t been. Most of the times it’s just with my drinks, yeah I can forgive some drinks for missing candies and what nots but I made it clear this time what add ins I wanted, and they cost extra aswell. So the fact I couldn’t find out til I was done with the drink is kinda upsetting. I just wanted cherries man ?
