Drinks are always good. Food is another story. Worst burgers I’ve ever tasted. Chicken tenders thin as paper. Thought a new owner would help with the food but hadn’t. Service is also slow depending on who’s working, I feel like sometimes it’s one person doing everything cause I’ll see the same person doing all the running around.

They were severely understaffed with only two people working. It did take a while to get our food but the staff was very apologetic and nice.

Usually takes a while for the food to come out. Not the healthiest (obviously) but it tastes decent
Good for a quick bite, fast friendly service.

Sonic in DeKalb had painfully slow service, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. It felt intentional, with staff not attending properly. After waiting 20–25 minutes for my order, the food finally arrived and was extremely disappointing—overpriced and barely edible for the money.

We stopped in after an event in town, so it was close to closing and they were slammed. Despite that, the employees were super friendly and moving quickly. Our food was hot and fresh and our order was correct!

Saturday night, following event at Huskies Stadium. Arrived at 11:40. I got in line, with no problem, but when my kids walked in the manager began yelling that they aren’t taking any more orders because they close soon. There were exactly 9 guests in the lobby when we arrived, so it wasn’t crazy in here, but I’ll admit the drive through was busy. Needless to say, quite a few customers were turned away.
Some possible solutions:
1) Update your store hours to reflect that guests aren’t welcome within 30 minutes of close.
2) Explain to your staff that the restaurant close time is not necessarily when they leave work, it’s when the restaurant closes its doors. Customers shouldn’t be yelled at during those hours for trying to patronize your business.
3) Check out the campus event schedule to predict customer rush times and expect business during those times.

Horrible service. Drive thru was backed up. Went inside. Only one customer. Only 2 people working. The cook and the cashier. I was standing at the counter for a good 20 minutes. Cashier never even acknowledged me. Haven't been there for years. Chances of me ever going back are almost zero.

Ordered ahead, waited almost 30 min after the time and food still wasn’t ready. Tried to have them cancel and refund and was told they couldn’t help me. $35 wasted and no food.
Awful. I came in with my family asked for a minute to order at the counter and was completely ignored. No one came back to take my order. After about 15 minutes of beinh walked past and ignored, I took my family and left. I went and spent my money at a place that actually wanted it. No wonder your dining room was almost empty. We will not be back again.
