Many cars were in the drive-thru, and only two baristas were working, yet Jessie made it seem like getting my birthday drink correct was the only thing happening. Thank you for taking the time to make my day special and for being positive and friendly despite the circumstances around you! This Starbucks is great for someone who wants to work quietly, plugged in, alone, or for a group of 4 who want to catch up. There is a spot by the front window for the latter, or a long bench...
This is a standard Starbucks. The staff was competent and very friendly. They made my drink (iced matcha latte with nondairy vanilla cold foam) as instructed, in a timely manner, and took my personal cup with no issues. I forgot to order the matcha latte unsweetened so the drink came out too sweet for me, but that’s just my mistake.
Great visit today.
