Ana has a nasty attitude!! Literally too early in the morning to be so rude. She even was pounding on my window because I didn’t roll it down fast enough!! Well I was in the middle of writing this review!! She was rude at the box. Rushing me asking if that was it! I’m sorry I don’t go to Starbucks on a regular because who would want to spend 10 dollars for service like I just received!! I’m sorry for someone who works in the food industry yall are definitely dropping the ball in hospitality!!

I normally won’t pass a Starbucks, without stopping…..I’ll take a pass, on this location. When my drink was handed to me, it looked like someone had taken a healthy chug from it. When I questioned the drive up gal, she fed me some line about filling it only that high was the new policy. REALLY?? Interestingly, I stopped at the 38/Annie Glidden location (I was headed that direction anyway) and my drink was properly filled.

This is literally the worst starbucks. They charge you for a large and then give u a small. When I spoke up , instead of them saying sorry (or anything really ) they give u an attitude. Yesterday, I came to get my free drink with my points and they didnt even fill it up all the way. I get it , it's not that serious but if you are paying over 8 dollars for a drink they could at least fill the whole cup.

Recently moved into town, and had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. The girl the with blue/purple hair, extremely rude and likes to snap at you. All I asked was to use point and she made a big deal about it. I’ve been to this location three times, all three she’s been on the drive through and has caught an attitude with me. Management should really talk to her about her customer service
