I ordered a taco. It had a eighth of an inch of meat on the bottom of it. The whole thing was full of lettuce and a couple strands of cheese makes me not want to go to Taco Bell ever again and as I look at the reviews all I see is one star all the way down

They left earlier than they said they were going to online (7PM). When I pulled up to the drive-through, two workers went around me with garbage and did not tell me that they were closed. They actually went around my car again, went inside the building, and turned all the lights off in the drive through. They did not give me any verbal answer when I said “hey are you guys still open?” Not the first issue with this location - it will be my last.

Went through the drive thru and ordered three items. 2/3 items I received were incorrect. No hot sauce received, though asked for. The incorrect nachos I received smelled terrible. I'll be hard-pressed to visit this location again.

I asked for 3 locos tacos SUPREME they did not fill these tacos up AT ALL. Skimped these 10$ tacos out! I asked to replace them and he told me I had to give him my old food back? Like in fast food places you are NOT supposed to take back food already given to customer. He only replaced ONE taco. Worst customer service ever. Terrible food.

I’m not sure what happened to the service here because sycamore Taco Bell use to be great, but they skimp out on the food a lot anymore. My beefy five layer burrito the past several times has looked more like a cheesy roll up with how little food there is in it. Very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible. How can you mess up on the easiest order. One soft shell taco no lettuce, one double stack no red strips or lettuce. A flat bread chicken taco, fiesta potato’s and two drinks. And some how you guys still mess up. Also it shouldn’t take 25 mins for that small of an order. And then they say it will be 6 mins. Honestly save your time and money and goes else where.
