I have been wanting to try this forever and it was totally worth the wait! I got the spicy california roll and it was absolutely delicious. It came out super fast and the workers were very nice. 10/10 recommend!!

I grabbed the Mar y Tierra sushi rolls. it came with a free order of california rolls. They have daily specials and always changing it up. This is the only place that sells Mexican and Sushi rolls. The sushi is so delicious and I love that some are Mexican inspired ingredients in the sushi 🍣 . Very unique and its a food truck with an outdoor patio and its fenced in with its own parking. The prices are very affordable. I will always love this little gem 💎

We got to experience Tako Sushi as a food truck vendor at the Woodstock Mexican Independence Day 2025 event. It was our first time seeing them and we were interested right away- we love fusion! The food was excellent- we got the Mar y Tierra roll and the Hot Cheetos roll.
Really wish their location was closer by, we would be there frequently!

I had ordered the flautas they were super crunchy but only downfall was there was barely any chicken and they had a slight taste of fish/seafood which I didn’t care for. They should be careful if frying the sushi rolls & flautas in the same oil, some people are allergic to seafood.

Both their tacos and sushi are amazing!! This is definitely one of my favorite food trucks now. I also love how they’re open for a majority of the day. I tried their new pina colada roll yesterday and it blew me away by how good it was (and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t like fruit with sushi). Their staff are also incredibly friendly and provide great service!
