I used to live in Sycamore and this was by far one of my all-time favorite pizzas. I now live two hours away and still make up excuses to drive down and get a pizza from World Famous. I take my pizza snob friends here and they all agree, the pizza here is fantastic. If you are anywhere near DeKalb and want pizza, come here.

When I was a kid my dad lived in sycamore and everytime I visited him he would always get me world famous pizza, the best pizza I’ve ever had, cheese that is melted perfectly and don’t even get me started on the crust it’s delicious, I now go to school in Iowa and wish I could get the taste of this pizza, I’d would literally pay for it to be mailed to my house in a take and bake type situation, 10/10 best pizza

Quite honestly the worst Chicago style thin crust I have ever had. Minimal flavor and crust that tastes like a frozen Home Run In pizza. I'm not sure if it was sitting for too long. I got it within 5 minutes of it saying it was ready though. I can only go off of the pie I got.

I mean.. it's World Famous..lolIt's Sarbons from when I was a kid. In comparison..there is no better pizza in Dekalb County..or..Anywhere. World Famous was a guys Vision who grew up in Sycamore. Jimmy was a Wonderful guy. Kept a tradition going. Bring it back to Sycamore

The dough is the best part! They give you LOADS of toppings. Never skimp on those. My only complaint is that most of the toppings are under the cheese. I ordered the meat lovers & all my toppings wanted to come off after that first bite. BUT I managed ? like I said they don't skimp on anything! I went & picked up. I think they get a bad rap on delivery because it's usually through a 3rd party service. Not actually them.
Parking: Park in the back for an easy pickup! Street parking can be hard to find but they have parking in the back lot.

We ordered pizza last Friday evening. When it arrived, it was all bunched up in the corner of the box -- a pile of pizza, if you will. We didn't notice until after the delivery driver had already left, so we called to let World Famous know what had happened. They apologized, sent out a new pizza right away, and provided a coupon for a free pizza in the future. Awesome service! Every restaurant makes mistakes, but how they handle them is the true test, and World Famous went above and beyond.P.S. Did I mention the pizza is awesome? It's the best in town.
