We ordered $70 worth of food that were easy orders. Every damn burger was just meat, cheese and bun. I never once asked for anything plain. Paid for bacon. Didn't get bacon. It was super dry. Corporate needs to go back in and teach these workers how to build a burger. It's not supposed to be just meat and cheese

We stopped in yesterday evening with large group of high school students heading home from a field trip. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was amazingly friendly and attentive, the food was hot and delicious, and the restaurant was clean. I was beyond impressed by how quickly and well the workers took care of us. Kudos to your entire team.

Had very good time here people were nice workers were even better even got a free soda and complemented my shoes never had this kindness at any restaurant but what you guys are doing made my day so much I will be returning and told my friends about the service they were shocked and said they must come see with their own eyes good job to all the staff and the wonderful manager keep doing what your doing hands down best fast food employees and experience I have had love it

The service has been horrible! I’ve been in a few times now and the workers I have encountered have been unpleasnt, rude or straight up lazy as to answer a question because they are “too busy to ask someone.” I’ve also already had food missing and 30 minutes to get my order.

Im giving this a 3 star because every single time I've been here since they opened they forget something. Not 1 time but EVERY SINGLE TIME. Weather its sauces frys curds or just a whole meal. I've never had 1 single correct order. Sucks I have to either check before I leave or go back because something is missing. We have even eaten in before and they forgot something. The food is great and people are nice but they definitely need to work on the order accuracy and maybe the speed too

Wow, can't say much as being totally disappointed with my extremely long wait for taking my order and the 20+ minute wait for my food in which was cold also. May try again hoping the staff gets their act together hoping to get that fresh, hot meal I always like at Culver's...

First visit to this new Culver's today. Ordered a single w/ only ketchup & onion. Simplistic order. Well, no onion, super dry, & a whisp of ketchup. What a joke. We WILL not return. Waste of $5.
