Probably the worst DQ ever. Here is a short list of the problems we had.
1. The shake had nearly no ice cream in it. Didn't taste good. 2.The hot dogs were simply microwaved and inedible with stale bread. 3. They don't serve hamburgers or fries and the menu is a joke. Only chips and bags of chips?!?! 4. Service was slow and they got our simple order wrong in three ways. 5. The soda was warm. 6. No one was nice.
They couldn't have done worse if they tried.
Please don't go to this DQ. Hopefully we won't get sick from eating here.

The Ice Cream Blizzard was good. I had the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough with Whipped Cream and My Wife had the Mint Chocolate Chip with Cookie Dough and Whipped Cream. One major thing was that nothing was clean on the inside and especially the outside seating area. Service was pretty good, seeing as how busy it was.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE our ice cream at Dairy Queen! Martin never disappoints when making our Oreo blizzards or anything we order. Not only does he make our ice cream extra good he’s always so nice and friendly. Matter a fact the girls are friendly too and always make our sweet treats excellent! Ps: the chicken sandwich is really good and fresh!💛. We’ve been to the Diamond and Braidwood locations!

The first time I went there ,we ordered a banana split blizzard . Got home no nuts , no pineapple. Let it go . Tonight we went and ordered the same thing Banana split blizzard get home again this time no strawberries. WTH is a banana split without strawberries!!! To top it off the MANAGER made it ! SMH I’ll just be taking a ride to Morris for now on!

Jeff helped us tonight and again went above and beyond to make my little girls happy. One of my littles can be a tough and he knew just what to do. Great service and great ice cream. Will definitely be going back!

Stopped in on my way back to Chicago from St Louis on Wednesday 2/25. Blizzard hit the spot and forced me to take a break from driving. The 2 young ladies behind the counter were fast and friendly, but still took some time to talk to me. I appreciated the conversation… got me out of my head and helped me relax. Great treat, great people. Unexpected but much appreciated.

We stopped by the DQ in Diamond at 9:55 pm a little surprise that they were still open. There was a car ahead of us in the drive-thur, after that car pulled up we were told "I'll be right with you " we waited and at 10:01 we were told sorry we are closed. My husband said you just made me wait for about 5 minutes and now you're closed. The girl said " but there was a car ahead of you", what does that have to do with why you made us wait just long enough to close and refuse to service us. Very upset to be treated like that

Every time I come here on the night shift who ever takes the orders has terrible customer service. You order something and they say no can't do that ... And sit in silence when you asky how come. They always act like they are annoyed to take your order. No hi no good evening no please no thank you If I wanted crap treatment I would have just went to McDonald's for ice cream

My boyfriend and I came around 2pm on a Monday and had already made mobile orders at the location and they are just not closed, the register was open as well, and now we have to figure out how to get our money back
